It's been days after Ha Ra's mother funeral. A nurse had gave her the last letter her mother wrote to her.

Kai remembers his first visit to Ha Ra's mom ward.

◎Flashback◎

After Kai gets out of his so called home, he doesn't know where to go. He can't to school. So he starts to think about his problems. Now he knows where to go.

Seoul Hospital.

He asks Ha Ra's mom room & goes there. Inside, he sees a fragile woman sitting in her bed. She is admiring the view at the window.

"Urm... hello..."

The woman turns to Kai, "Oh, what can I help u, a good-looking man?"

"Hello, I'm Kim Jongin or Kai. I'm Ha Ra's friend. I just want to visit u."

"Ah~ ok. Wait, don't u have school, honey?" She looks at Kai's suit.

"Ummm... I just get back from family business."

Mrs Park nods as she she smiles at Kai. They then start to talk & they start to get close to each other.

"I've been always wanted a son. A good-looking one too."

Kai laughs a little, "Mrs Park, please stop praising me. I'm flustered."

"Oh, honey. U are just so cute. But seriously why don't Ha Ra brings u earlier."

At the mention of Ha Ra's name, Kai frowns a little.

"What's wrong, Jongin?"

"Actually... Ha Ra & I had a little fight. I... I accidentally hurt her feelings."

"Ha Ra is a sensitive girl. She must be avoiding u, right?"

Kai nods.

Mrs Park chuckles, "That's her attitude when someone makes her sad. So u just be patient with her & apologise."

"But what if she doesn't forgive me? I had try it before & it doesn't work."

"U should try to be sincere when u apologise to her. She always find sincerity when people apologise to her."

"Okay, thanks Mrs Park."

"No problem, honey."

Since that day, Kai always visited Mrs Park. Day by day, he felt more attached to the patient. Mrs Park seemed to understand him so he felt comfortable with her. He already think her as his mom.

Ha Ra is now in her house. It's been days that she stays in her house, doing nothing. She just remembers all her happy memories with her mother in the house. She doesn't have the heart to open her mom's letter. Her friends try to call her but to no avail. Ha Ra let her handphone die cuz lack of battery & she doesn't charge her phone.

'Now my life is meaningless...' she thinks to herself.

Her last words to her friends at the funeral is, "I want to be alone."

That's what her friends do, but it's been days and they are starting to get worried. They decide to visit her as they can't contact her & she doesn't come to school.

Kai, Luhan, Myuna & Dina are in front of Ha Ra's house. Myuna knocks the door but no one answers. Luhan & Kai nod to themselves before push the door.

The door opens & they go inside. They search for Ha Ra in the unfamiliar house. Dina is searching along a corridor when she sees the bathroom door opens slightly.

She looks inside only to see a horrified scene. She screams. The others go to her as they heard Dina's scream.

"What is it, Dina?" Luhan asks.

Dina shakily points inside the bathroom.

Luhan gasps, too shock, "H-HA RA?!?!?!"

Myuna widens her eyes as she sees Ha Ra state.

She is in a tub full of blood. There's lines on her arms. Her face is pale. Her eyes is close as if she is sleeping. On the bathroom floor is scattered pills & a blade.

'Oh no! Not this again!' Myuna screams in her head.

Myuna rushes to Ha Ra's side.

"Ha Ra, wake up! Please! I don't want u to die like my sister!" she cries as she shakes Ha Ra's shoulders.

Dina is crying at the frame of the door.

Ha Ra opens her eyes slightly, "Unnie..."

Myuna sighs in relief but panics again as Ha Ra closes her eyes slowly.

"Ha Ra! Please don't do this to me!" Myuna shouts.

All of sudden, strong arms start to pick Ha Ra out of the tub. Kai carries Ha Ra towards the front door.

"Luhan, open the door now!" Kai shouts.

Luhan quickly recovers from his frozen state & quickly open the front door.

"Guys, please start to move if u guys want to accompany Ha Ra to hospital!" Kai shouts at the others.

Kai lays Ha Ra at the back seat, not caring that her drenched clothes will ruin his expensive leather seat.

Kai then sit at the driver's seat, Luhan is beside him, Dina & Myuna sit behind. Myuna places Ha Ra's head on her lap as she tries her best to dry Ha Ra's hair. Dina places Ha Ra's feet on her lap.

Kai drives fast to the nearest hospital. There they go to the emergency building. Kai carries Ha Ra there.

"Help! My friend is dying!" Myuna said to a nurse.

"Doctor! There's a new patient here!"

Kai lays Ha Ra slowly at the provided bed.

"What's her sickness?" The doctor asks as he checks Ha Ra.

"She is abusing herself & eat too much pills." Kai explains.

"We need to pump the pills out of her system. Nurse, prepare for the surgery." The doctor said.

They are now outside the surgery room waiting for the surgery to end. Angel & the rest of EXO arrives.

"What happened? Is Ha Ra okay??" Angel asks Myuna, Dina, Kai & Luhan.

Dina continues to cry, like she doesn't hear Angel. Kyungsoo goes to comfort her.

Myuna manages to calm down & Luhan just stares blankly at the white wall in front of him.

"Ha Ra... She tries to kill herself. We found her in a tub full of blood with a blade & pills scatters on the floor. She's unconscious when we brought her here." Kai answers, surprisingly calm.

They sit at the waiting area, silently praying for Ha Ra.

Dina & Kyungsoo walk to other place. It seems like Dina can't handle the tense atmosphere. They are now at the hospital's garden. Kyungsoo starts to get worried as Dina can't stop crying.

"Dina, everything's going to be fine. Stop crying, babe..." Kyungsoo tries to calm Dina down.

"I-I... I just can't... help it... Im the first one.... t-to found Ha Ra. I-it scares me.... to s-see her like that..." Dina cries.

Kyungsoo realizes that his girlfriend is traumatized when she sees Ha Ra half-dead state.

"Shush... baby, Ha Ra is going to be ok. Now calm down. She won't like it if u cry."

Dina starts to calm down. After Dina already calm down, they walk back to the waiting area. They then see the doctor walks out from the surgery room.

"Doctor? How's Ha Ra??" Myuna asks.

"She's fine now. If u guys arrive a minute late, maybe she can't be save. She has some cuts on her arms & thighs that we already clean. She doesn't eat for days that she is lack of sugar in her blood. She also lost a lot of blood. If u guys arrive a little late, she maybe can't be safe. The nurse will bring her to room 23. She is in coma state but she is stable. She just can't breathe properly. Now, can u call her parents? I need to discuss something." The doctor said.

"Actually... she doesn't have any close family. Her last family member, her mom just passed away a week ago." Luhan said.

"Does she has any guardian?"

"I will be her guardian." Myuna said.

"How old are u?"

"18."

"Okay, come with me to my room."

Myuna starts to follow the doctor but then surprise as Luhan holds her right hand.

"I'll follow u."

"Okay." Myuna smiles.

"She seems depress with her mother's death. So I advise u to not let her live alone to avoid attempt suicide. Also, she has to go on therapy sessions to overcome her depression."

Myuna nods, "She will be staying with me after she's release from hospital."

The doctor nods.

While Luhan & Myuna are talking with the doctor, the others are with Ha Ra at room 23. She still unconscious. She wears an oxygen mask.

Dina holds Ha Ra's right hand as she looks the sleeping girl.

"Im glad u okay now..."

Kyungsoo rests his hand on Dina shoulder, reassuring her.

Angel just look at their precious little sister with a sad face. Kai looks at Ha Ra from a distance.

The rest of the day, Myuna stays by Ha Ra's side. Only one person can stay with the patient.

That night, Ha Ra wakes up. She panics as she realises she's in a hospital. She starts to remember about her mom that spend almost whole of her life in the hospital.

'No! I can't be like my mom!'

She tries to move but can't. She still weak as there's no energy in her body. She turns to her left to see Myuna sleeping on the chair beside her. She lays her head on the bed. She is holding Ha Ra's hand.

Ha Ra starts to calm down as she realises she's not alone in this scary place.

The next morning, Myuna skip school to take care of Ha Ra. Unfortunately, Ha Ra doesn't wake yet or so all of them assume.

Kai walks in the room after the school ends. He looks at the worn out Myuna.

"Myuna, how is she?"

Myuna sighs, "Same as usual."

Ha Ra just listen as she pretend to sleep.

"Myuna, I think u should go home. U are worn out."

"No, Im fine."

"U must be uncomfortable cuz u doesn't change ur clothes, right? Just go, I don't want another friend to get sick. And I will take care of Ha Ra."

'Friend? Just friend?' Both Myuna & Ha Ra think.

Myuna stands up, "Okay. Take care of her. If she's wake up, call me."

"Okay."

Ha Ra hears the door opens & closes. She then feel warm hands wraps around her right hand.

"Ha Ra..." It's Kai.

He continues, "Don't u know how worried I was when I saw u inside the bathtub, full of blood?? Of course u don't. U still believe that I lied to u about my feelings, right?"

Kai takes a deep breath, "Anyway, please don't do this again. U almost give me a heart attack. So please listen to my pleads. I don't want u to be hurt again. It's already enough with ur suffering until now so please don't hurt urself again..."

Ha Ra hears some muffle sound so she opens her eyes a bit in curiosity. She sees Kai hides his face in his arms. When Kai raises his head, Ha Ra quickly closes her eyes. She hears some sniffs.

"I... I already promised ur mom to take care of u... I also promised myself to not hurt u again... But I broke the promise, right? I'm such a jerk."

Ha Ra then feels Kai's hand caressing her face. Strangely, she feels his touch nice.

"U are such a beauty. It's a shame that I didn't notice u at the first place. If I met u first before Myuna maybe we can be together now. Maybe we can avoid this accident."

"But that's okay. I will fix everything for u. I will clear this misunderstanding & make u fall for me. I know u hate me now but I like-- no, love u. So I really hope u will accept my feelings after all the problems."

Ha Ra feels a warm touch lingering at her cheek but it's not Kai's hand...

"Good night, Ha Ra..."

Ha Ra starts to think as she feels Kai's head beside their connected hands.

'What to do? I... I like Kai but I can't betray Myuna unnie...'
