Gym (in the locker room)

"How you feeling?" Coach Bolton asked his son "nervous" Troy told his dad "yeah, me too. wish I could suit up and play alongside you" Coach told him messing with his tie "hey, you had your turn" Troy told his dad "you know what I want from you today?" he asked his son "the championship" Troy said to his dad "well, that'll come or it won't what I want is for you to have fun. I know all about the pressure and probably too much of it has come from me what I really want is to see my son having the time of his life playing the game we both love. you give me that, and I will sleep with a smile on my face no matter how the score comes out" Coach told Troy "thanks, Coach.. uh.. Dad" Troy said happily to his dad

Scholastic Decathlon

"Welcome to the tenth annual scholastic decathlon. The East High Wildcats versus The West High Knights" the announcer said we go and shake hands with the other team

Callback Auditions

Miss Darbus was showing people to seats Kelsi was warming up the piano  and backstage Sharpay and Ryan were doing vocal warmups  

Gym

"And now introducing your Est high wildcats," The announcer said then the team runs out onto the court "for this championship game between East High and West High" The announcer continued as the boys started warming up 

Scholastic Decathlon

The decathlon started with me and my west high opponent writing an equation the point of which being to see who can finish first my hand was getting sore from writing but I finish first I hit my clock signaling I'm done the judge comes to check my work I cross my fingers he holds up to fingers and points to us "east high" The Announcer said, "we did it!" Taylor said "great job!" I told my opponent shaking his hand 

we check the clock it's go time Taylor opens her laptop "all right, Wildcats, time for an orderly exit from the gym" Taylor said typing then she transmits a message that knocks out the power in the gym

Gym    

"and West high pushes the ball around the perimeter on the offside end. nice ball movement by west high driving the lane...shot is up and..." The announcer said then the scoreboard and lights start acting up and the game buzzer sounds "we seem to be experiencing some technical difficulties, uh" the announcer said then the referee blows his whistle signaling a timeout "we've got a timeout on the court" the announcer said "we have a problem stop the game stop the game" the Referee said "referee has signaled timeout" the announcer said chad runs to Troy and motions for him to start heading out Troy leaves and Coach Bolton sees his son leaving the court

Decathlon  

Taylor then sent another signal and a few feet away from our table is a beaker and it started bubbling and released a foul smell "go, go, go, go" Gabriella said everyone started leaving the room

Auditorium

Ryan and Sharpay finished their song "do you see why we love the theater, people? well done ah, Troy Bolton Riley Roberson (no one responded) Troy? Riley?" Miss Darbus said looking around "they'll be here," Kelsi told the teacher frantically "the theater, as I have often pointed out, waits for no one. I'm sorry" Miss Darbus told the girl making her runoff "well, we are done here. congratulations at all the cast list will be posted" Miss Darbus said then me and Troy came running in "wait miss Darbus, wait! we're ready we can sing" Troy said running up the stage "I called your names, twice" Miss Darbus explained "miss Darbus, please! please!" I begged "rules are rules," she told us when people from the basketball team and the decathlon came in filling up the auditorium "we'll be happy to do it again for our fellow students, Miss Darbus," Sharpay said to her seeing all the people "I don't know what's going on here but in any event, it's far too late and we have not got a pianist," Miss Darbus told us "well, that's show biz," Ryan said "we'll sing without a piano," Troy said "oh, no you won't pianist here, Miss Darbus" Kelsi said after running up behind Troy "you really don't wanna do that" Sharpay said threateningly "oh, yes I really do ready on stage," Kelsi said standing up for her self "now that's show biz," Miss Darbus said to Sharpay making Sharpay run off stage Troy hands me a microphone Troy nods to Kelsi who begins playing the song but I was frozen, Troy sees this and motions for Kelsi to stop "I can't do it, Troy not with all those people staring at me," I tell him I try to walk off but Troy grabs my arm "hey, hey, look at me, look at me, right at me, right at me, It'll be like the first time we sang together remember? like kindergarten" Troy told me softly Troy again motions for Kelsi to start the song this time the backdrop comes down
