Two days later;

Melody and Cyan are patrolling the hall ways. Cyan is reading the daily report out loud so Melody could hear it.

Cyan: The class room cleaning duty is going on smoothly. No problems with boys. There have been no reports of any disturbances related to students of our school... but..

Melody: What is it?

Cyan: Some boys from Saika High School are troubling us lately .

Melody: Saika?... I knew it! That's exactly like what principal said.

Cyan: Huh? What are you talking about?

Melody: Never mind that but inform me if they show up again.

Suddenly all the students start to whisper and most walk towards the same direction.

Whispers;

They are back?!

Poor Magumi! They caught her because she is cheer squad captain!

We have to see this!

I so wanna help her!

Melody stops one of the girls.

Melody: What's going on?!

Girl: It's.... It's Saika High Students! They caught Magumi.

Melody: Cyan! Come, We need to hurry!

Cyan: Right!

Melody and cyan reach the spot and a big crowd is there. As they move towards the center pushing their way through they find Magumi crying. There is a group of boys wearing Saika's uniform and one of them is holding Magumi close.

At the same time ;

Ren: What's going on?

Usui: Seems like the Saika students are back.

Ren: Them again!

Usui: Ren, You were almost going to be expelled last three times you interfered so stay away this time! 

Ren: I'll try to look from far... AS IF!

So they also reach the spot and as Ren sees Melody he runs towards her but usui grabs him telling him she'll handle it.

When Melody reaches the spot;

Melody: Leave her alone.

Guy: Who the HELL are you?! Don't you know we are from ruler school?

Melody: I...SAID..LEAVE..HER..ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Melody grabs her other arm and pulls Magumi away from him. She hurriedly runs to Cyan.

Guy: How troublesome. Yet you are beautiful so why don't you fill her place for us?

He grabs her hand.

Melody whispers: You are dead..

Guy: What?! Can't hear you sweetheart!

Melody: You are dead if you don't leave this instant!

Ren: Melody!

Usui: Ren, stop!

Seeing the guy grab HER hand Ren escapes from Usui's hold and runs to stand just by her side.

Guy: If it isn't REN THE GREAT.

Ren: Leave her!

Melody: Ren..

Ren: What is it?

Melody: Do me a favor....

Just after saying this part of her line she beats the crap out of those guys.

Then she completes her phrase.

Melody: Throw this garbage out of this school. They are polluting the environment here.

Ren: ... Huh?.. Y..yeah!

Every one looks at her with an open mouth like WHAT THE HELL?!! Is she even human?!!

Melody ignores them and turns to walk away silently.

Suddenly she hears someone clapping behind her. There's a strange chill suddenly.

Melody turns to see a boy wearing Saika High School's uniform.

Melody: Now what do YOU want?

Boy: Pardon me, I'm Nagato Agarashi. I'm the student council president of Saika High School.

Melody: and?

Nagato: I'm quite surprised by the fact that you beat up my school fellows knowing the fact that you'll be expelled.

Melody: As if I care.

Nagato: No wonder. After all you are Melody Furukawa, the great student council president .

Melody: I am a busy girl so spit out what you want to say.

Nagato: I'd never expect so much attitude from you. What are you? S.C.P of a school who can't even resist to us. You guys don't even have an Idol to begin with.

Ren: Shut it already!

Nagato: And how can I forget you?

Melody: Stop it!

Melody's thoughts: I..I don't care how I feel... I  must take a stand!! There is no other choice at this point. The situation is pathetic !!!!

Melody: Shut up! You are too full of your self ! Who said we aren't taking part in the R.S.C.? (Ruler School Competition). We are..and we have an IDOL for the job.

Nagato: Oh really? Who might that be?

Melody: I..I , MELODY FURUKAWA, THE STUDENT COUNCIL PRESIDENT OF AIRI HIGH SCHOOL AM THE NEW SCHOOL IDOL!!!!!

Everyone gasp. Even Ren is surprised by what Melody said. Cyan simply smiles.

Nagato: You?.. Well it is possible but then let's make this even more fun. How do you feel about a bet?

Ren: What the?! Stop this instant! This is going somewhere else!!

Melody: Bet?.... I don't mind.

Ren: I'm being totally ignored!!

Melody: If you win, not only that you can expel me, but also ... I'll do ANYTHING you tell me to do.

Ren: Are you kidding me?!

Nagato: Anything at all?

Melody: Yes but if I win then you'll have to do anything I tell you to do. Deal?

Nagato: Interesting... Very well, DEAL.

Melody: If that's so then go away and don't show your faces till after the competition! 

Nagato: Poor soul, you'll so regret this..

Saying this he walks away with his school mates.

Melody: The party is over so go back to what you were doing earlier!

Crowd disperses leaving Melody, Ren, Cyan,Usui and Magumi there.

Magumi: Thanks Melody but are you really okay with this?

Melody: You are welcome. Don't worry about me.

Magumi leaves. Melody also turns to leave yet Ren stops her.

Ren: Melody wait! Please back off now. He is a very hateful guy. You don't know him!

Melody: Why do you care?

Ren: I just want things to go well!

Melody: What ever...

Saying this she walks away. Usui puts a hand on Ren's shoulder.

Usui: Man! She's cold. Don't worry dude..

Ren: I'm just worried about her....

Cyan: Ren! You don't know yet do you?

Ren: Know what?

Usui: Melody was a school idol in her first year of middle school.

Ren: Really? Then why did she quit?

Cyan:I can't tell you that. It's something she can tell you but Ren.. you are a good friend. Melody just took a big decision of her life. She needs us.

Ren:  I know but no matter what I do I can't reach her.... She has this wall around her.

Usui: Then break that wall! Don't worry, she is awesome when it comes to being an idol.

Ren: I hope.....
