A/n : as the title says its time for the battle and by battle I mean complete massacre but sorry for not uploading this I try and upload a chapter to each story so yeah sorry again

Y/n p.o.v

its been 10 Days and its time to start this battle me, D/n and D/n2 was waiting in the middle of the battle field while Riser and his peerage waited at one side and Rias with her peerage on the other side just then Grayfia spoke up

Grayfia : "can I have everyone's attention today was a match up between Rias and Riser to decided if they should marry or not, but it is now a 1v1v1 match up it will be Riser and his peerage vs Rias and her peerage and Y/n L/n or as people know him as the Grim Reaper and his 2 familiars if Rias is victorious she will not be marrying Riser and also Y/n will join her peerage if Riser wins he will marry Rias and he will get 1 of Y/n's familiars but if Y/n wins he will get 1 member from each Rias and Riser's peerage now let the battle begin"

and with that the battle began and I turned to both D/n and D/n2

Y/n : "ok both of you I want you to listen to me ok D/n I want you to take Riser's peerage out and D/n2 I want you to take Rias's peerage out as well leave none of them alive apart from that Koneko girl, once you're done meet me at the new school building I want to deal with the idiots who challenged death"

D/n/D/n2 : "yes master" 

Y/n : "oh but before you leave" 

you grab both of them and kiss them on the head

Y/n : "I may not understand the hole relationship thing but I won't lose you 2 got it" 

they both smile and blush a little before leaving

Y/n : "well Rias and Riser welcome to hell you challenge death and now you will pay for it" 

Koneko's p.o.v

as me and the perv was in the gym hall I couldn't help but think about Y/n and if he wins I mean he does look really handsome wait what am I doing I'm in a battle I can't think about him

??? : "come on out we know your there" 

Issei : "they know we are here" 

Koneko : "yes"

as me and the perv walked out we seen 4 of Riser's peerage a rook and 3 pawns

Koneko : "I'll take the rook you take the pawns" 

and we begin to fight and soon we beat them and the perv did a move that was disrespectful to all girls, as we both ran out of the gym Akeno blow it up and they retired as we were walking we heard something hit the ground with a lot of force when I looked I seen Riser's queen on the ground covered in blood, I looked up to see one of Y/n's familiars with black dragon wings me and the perv got ready to fight but she just left as we were about to leave I got hit with something I was on the ground covered in blood and my cloths ripped when I looked where the attack came from it was the other one of Y/n's familiars I tell Issei to got to Rias and he does when he leaves the girl lands and walks to me I tried to punch her but she catches my fist and starts talking to me

??? : "my master has told me not to harm you so just give up you can't win" 

I don't know why but something told me that she was telling the truth just then I felt something hit my neck and everything went black....

Y/n's p.o.v

as I hit Koneko in the back to the neck knocking her out D/n2 looks confused at me

D/n2 : "master why did you do that I could of just killed her if you asked" 

Y/n : "no I don't want her dead there is something about her" 

I run my hand through her before she disappeared in a blue light when she is gone I turn to D/n2

Y/n : "D/n2 lets go we have a fight to finish lets go"

as she nods we both leave and a few minutes went by and we came across a fight it was D/n vs 3 of Rias's peerage and the rest of Riser's peerage I looked at D/n2

Y/n : "D/n2 go to D/n and join the fight you both can use your dragon form if needed" 

she nods and leaves towards the fight I just sit back and watch the fight both my familiars beat the shit out of all of them but Issei ran to his king after seeing an explosion there after a few minutes I went to check the damage but I notice that apart from my familiars there was one still standing unharmed so I walked to her when she seen me the fear of her could be felt from a mile away

Y/n : "so would you mind telling me who you are" 

Ravel : "R..Ravel Phenex"

Y/n : "Ravel Phenex wait don't tell me what sick freak adds his own sister to his peerage"

when I said this she looked a little sad

Y/n : "let me guess he made you join" 

she slowly nods I rubbed her head

Y/n : "retire Ravel I can tell you have no interest in fighting so I won't hurt you but only if you retire" 

she does as I ask and I tell both my familiars to retire as well leaving only me, Rias, Issei, Asia and Riser I look up to see them all fighting on the roof and then one of Rias's members retire and then I see Issei getting his ass kicked and I smiled

Y/n : "my turn"

Rias p.o.v

I was on the roof of the building and Riser started beating up Issei to a point where he was going to kill him I kept asking Issei to stay down but he didn't as Riser was about to punch him again we hear someone and my face paled I forgot he was still here I turn to see Y/n with a smirk on him face

Y/n : "well well well look what we have here mind if I join in" 

just then he disappear and reappeared in front of both Riser and Issei and grabbed both of them slamming them into the ground I could tell that Issei was out cold and Riser was struggled to get up just then Y/n picked Issei up by his neck and looked at me

Y/n : "give up or I'll take what started all of this"

I couldn't do anything my brother was right I can't beat death I looked at Y/n and nodded and gave up both me and Issei got teleported away from the battle field leaving Y/n and Riser to fight

Y/n p.o.v

after Rias left the fight it was only me and Riser I turned to see him stand on his feet before smirking at him and he looks mad

Riser : "I don't care if your death of not I will end you" 

Y/n : "hahaha you kill death I would love to see you try birdbrain"

and with that he try's to kill me by throwing lots of fire balls to a point when no one can see me anymore just phoenix flames all over the roof and covering me as well and Riser starts laughing

Riser : "hahaha I did it i defeated death and now I get 1 of your familiars I think I'll take D/n2 I can't wait to make her my slave I will make her do whatever I want I can't wait to feel that hot body of hers in my bed hahaha"

Rias p.o.v

as I was watching the battle I could hear everything Riser was going to do to D/n2 I felt bad but I was kind of glad I didn't lose Koneko but soon the ground started shaken the clouds turned black and black fog started covering everything then I turn to see both D/n and D/n2 smirking I look back at the roof to see a blue tornado blazing like mad I turn to face my brother and Serafall who have been watching the match

Rias : "what's going on" 

both of them looked scared but serafall spoke

Serafall : "now you know why no one fights him this is his true power..."

just then D/n spoke

D/n : "soul harvester" 

everyone in the stands looked at her

Rias : what's soul harvester

D/n : "its half of his real power he has only use this much 1 time and both of his enemies both didn't walk away on they're own to feet" 

this got the interest of all the devils watching

Sirzechs : "who was his enemies"

just then they both smirked

D/n : "the 2 heavenly dragons"

this shocked everyone he went toe to toe with both dragons and beat then with only half his power just then a voice was heard that made everyone shiver

Demonic Voice : "Riser you shall know death"

we all turned to see Y/n in his death form he looked like he wanted blood and nothing was going to stop him from claiming it and to be honest I was glad a bit I wasn't in the fight now just then I seen Y/n take off at speed I didn't think possible and then heard Riser scream in pain as his arm fell on the floor I thought he could grow it back but it didn't I could see the fear in Risers eyes its true what the say "death waits for no one"

Y/n p.o.v

as I stood there across from me was a crying Riser with fear in his eyes he had finally understood what fear is and now he knows the fear of death as I walked to him he backs up he hits the edge of the roof

Y/n(Death) : "no where to run phenex"

Riser(crying) : "why can't I regenerate my arm" 

Y/n(Death) : "that's because phenex immediately means nothing to me I can kill a phoenix just as easy as a normal human there's just 1 difference between you and them and that's when humans face death they maybe scared but the die with honour and they face me head on that's something I respect but you you have non of those this" 

just then I lift my scythe and bring it down just missing his face he looked at me scared shitless I then grab his neck and pick him up

Y/n(Death) : "if I see you anywhere near D/n or D/n2 I will make sure you know the true meaning of hell understand *he nods* now retire before I change my mind" 

just like that he retires and I was the winner a few minutes went by and I was standing in a room along with Rias and her peerage, Riser and his along with his mum and dad and sirzechs and Serafall as well

Sirzechs : "as Y/n here is the winner you get your rewards Koneko would you go with Y/n please and Y/n choose one of Riser's peerage members to take as well" 

I look at the peerage but I already had my answer

Y/n : "I'll take...Ravel Phenex"

when I said this both lord and lady phenex spoke up

Lord Phenex : "what you can't take Ravel she's the next hair to the family"

Lady Phenex : "yes we care for her please we can give you money or even land" 

I found this pissing me off so I got my scythe out and all of them back away a bit I walked to lord phenex who is staring at my scythe and I change my voice to show I'm pissed off

Y/n(Death) : "Lord and Lady Phoenix you only care about what's best for the family name if you really care about Ravel then answer me this why did you let Riser add her to his peerage*they both looked down*this is why humans are better than you when it comes to family they stick together they don't care about the name along as they have each other that's what matters to them"

as I said this Ravel blushed and every other devil felt ashamed both Koneko and Ravel stood beside me before I hit the bottom of my scythe on the floor opening a portal up I looked at both Koneko and Ravel along with D/n and D/n2 and told them to go through when they did I looked at everyone

Y/n : "as for you *points at Rias* your brother and Serafall warned to not to fight me but you did you want nothing more than power and that will be your down fall*looks at riser* and you every devil has now seen who you really are your nothing more than a brat who thinks he's above everyone who thinks he's untouchable now you know where you truly stands you may have the powers of a phoenix but you're nothing to me and I hope everyone of you has seen that no matter who you are or how much power you have*changes voice*DEATH COMES TO EVERYONE"

and with that I leave through the portal leaving a shameful group who needs to think about there're life's as I step through the other side of the portal I see all 4 girls looking at me I then unsummon my scythe and my voice goes back to normal I ask D/n and D/n2 to leaves us for a minute they both nod and leave and I turn to see both of them shaken with fear I smile and go to them

Y/n : "Koneko and Ravel welcome to your new home" 

They nod but in fear I think I know why

Y/n : £you 2 can relax I won't hurt you

this confused them

Ravel : "but I thought you wanted our souls" 

Y/n : "I did"

Koneko : "so aren't you going to kill us then" 

I smiled

Y/n : "I was going to but I have a better idea" 

this confused them so I asked them to stand up as they did I walked to Koneko

Y/n : "Koneko show my your neck£ 

she moves her head and hair and shows me her neck I then slowly bite her neck causing her to moan a bit and some blood could be seen as I was done I looked at a blushing Koneko and giggled a bit then a mark of death showed up on her and she seen it

Koneko : "isn't this the someone you gave Issei so he couldn't use his powers" 

Y/n : "yes and no while this is also a mark of death it won't stop your magic it a sign to show that you belong to me while your in Rias's peerage you, your body and soul all belong to me"

this scared both of them

Y/n : "don't worry you to I'm not like Issei or Riser I won't make you do anything you don't want to"

they both nod with a small smile

Y/n : "now Ravel its your turn show me your neck" 

as she did the something happened I bit her and she moaned and then the mark appeared as they both look at the mark I gave them I started talking again but I notice they are whispering something

Y/n : "ok you to now I will let you continue to do as you were before meeting me Koneko you can go with Rias again if you want and Ravel I will not let you become apart of his peerage again so I will let you become the hair of the phenex family if you both want you"

they both nod but they were blushing

Y/n : "well get some sleep on the bed over there and I will sleep down stairs goodnight"

as I was about to leave I felt them grab my arms I turned to see them looking down blushing

Y/n : "can I help you two" 

Ravel/Koneko : "you can sleep with us if you want" 

Y/n : "very well but only since you asked"

and then I took off my t-shirt and shoes and (whatever you wear on your leg like shorts or jeans or whatever) and got into bed then I seen the girls strip down in to they're bra and panties then both D/n and D/n2 came back in they're underwear as well, all 4 girls looked at each other and started whispering something then they all got in bed with me

Y/n : "um what's happening right now why are all 4 of you almost naked and in bed with me" 

Inner me : "don't complain, don't complain, don't complain, don't complain, don't complain"

just then all the girls looked at each other and nodded then D/n spoke

D/n : "well when you were talking to the group before coming here us 4 decided on something" 

Y/n : "and that is" 

D/n : "well all 4 of us are going to share you" 

Y/n : "share me? what am I cake" 

D/n : "no we mean this"

just then they all took turns kissing me first it was D/n then Ravel then D/n2 went and lastly Koneko I won't lie it felt nice just then they all cuddled into me and fell asleep I just was wide eyed there I was in bed with 4 cute girls almost naked Koneko was on my right with her head on my chest and D/n beside her holding both koneko and me and Ravel was on my left the same as Koneko with her head on my chest and D/n2 be hide her holding both me and Ravel this is the first time I've been in this position but it felt good I don't know why but it just did after a while I started to fell asleep

Y/n : "tomorrow is going to be something"

and with that I fell asleep....
