I finally got a daily paying job at a pizza delivery shop. I get paid $15 to make deliveries to different orders in different places. But i still had to work at the shop for some extra cash.
And the customers were really nice,they leave really good tips for me.
I got mom to finally quit most of her jobs, and we ended up agreeing for her to keep one of her jobs which I knew she loved with passion.
Taking care of sick and homeless children. It was more of a charity and voluntary work.
She told me it was the least she could do before leaving, that she wanted to make sure she did some good in this world and people will remember her in a good way.

It really wasn't east getting her to quit those jobs, but after a long period of disagreements and persuasions, we finally came to an agreement that would suit both of us.

"Honey!...wake up you're gonna be late for work," I heard mom shout from the stairs.
I looked at the clock that was on the wall at my right hand side and it was already 8:34am.

"And Tyler is here to pick you up. I'll be off to work now, see you later honey, have a nice day"
Omg! Did she just say Tyler was here?
I completely forgot and I haven't even had my bath yet.

Oh yes, Tyler was the one who help me get the job at the pizza shop. He said it was him and Jason's favourite place to eat pizza and he was kinda close to some of the employees there.
He really has been very helpful these days.
He also helps me in my rehearsal for the school play which he had helped me get.
He got me the role of Juliet in our school play about "Romeo and Juliet".
Though I still had to rehearse for music play too, and he was a little bit of help with that too.

I quickly rushed into my bathroom to have a quick shower.
The water was so warm and cosy, it was so suiting that I began to sing and enjoy myself as I took my bath.
Immediately I got off the shower and wore my bathrobe and headed straight to my room but only to find Tyler lying comfortably on my bed.
He smirked immediately as he saw me making me feel embarrassed.

"Wh....what are you doing?" I asked with my voice shaking as I stare at him not shifting my gaze.

"What do you mean, so now am not invited to your room but Jason is.
Anyway, I was getting bored of waiting alone downstairs, I thought I heard an Angel singing so I came to check it out and it turned out to be my own angel,"
He said with a sweet side smile that made me blush.

"Oh please......stop it.
Am sure my singing isn't as good as you make it sound" I said looking around in my wardrobe for a nice pair of trousers to wear with my work uniform.

"Are you kidding me?" I turned to look at him as he asked that and he was already getting up from my bed and was coming towards me. I smiled at him and continued with what I was doing to avoid meeting his eyes and end up doing something else instead of getting ready for work.

"If you didn't think you were good enough then why where you planning on enrolling for the FIVE TOWNS COLLEGE of new York for music programs and theatre art instead of applying for an educational college.
You're not very good at hiding things from me Emmi," he said holding my waist and looking into my eyes.

"Uhm....I ..I wasn't really planning on enrolling, I just saw the auditions and it seemed interesting to me. That's all, nothing else. I'm still going to college and that's final,"
I said nervously. I knew very well that I wasn't being completely honest with him.

"Oh really?.... Is a shame then. Because I would really kill to see you become a star. Not that you're not one already, but a bathroom one that's all.
Because that school can really do miracles for you Emmi," he said holding me closer around on my waist making his grip to be tighter.

"Hahaha, thanks Jason.....uhm...I mean Tyler, thank you so much Tyler, but I think am good," oh my God, did I just refer him as Jason?
I cleared my throat Hoping he didn't hear me call him Jason. It would really hurt him, now that our relationship was now official.

"Is OK, don't beat it," he said convincingly. But I was so sure he didn't mean it.

"Is it that obvious?" I asked feeling guilty.

"Let's just forget about it, I'll wait for you downstairs so get dress quickly or you'll be late for work," he said and released his hands from my waist and headed downstairs.

"Ah....finally.
What takes you girls so long to dress up, you're not even putting on makeup.
And you still look pretty," he said smiling at me which made me blush. He then took my hand and walked me outside to his car and opened the passengers door for me first like a gentleman before entering the drivers sit. Something Jason would never do for me, but I still loved him like that.

"Come on, sing something for me," he said making a cute puppy face for him. I knew how much he loved music as much as I did.
He put in a CD of Blankpink's album. And we sang along together.
He would look at me sometimes and make some silly face trying to imitate the emotions of the words in the song. He is so cute and fun.
It was like a daily routine for us now to listen and sing along to a music inside his car when he comes to pick me up.
And the best part was how close he was now to mom. They had a lot of things in common. Except for the part he tries too hard to get me to forget Jason. I try to make him happy, but I just couldn't forget Jason and I don't think I wanted to.

"Tyler?.....," he looked at me with so much excitement from the energy he got singing too much.

"Yes baby....enjoying yourself?" He said smiling widely at me.

"Thank you so much, for everything. You've really been a great help to my family lately.
You're the best," I said humbly.

"Awww....don't mention it sweety, as long as I get to hang out with you.
And I have a surprise for you later this evening, meet me at the café near our school by 9pm OK," he said as he came opening the door for me to come out of his car and I nodded to his request.

"See you later Emmi, don't work too hard OK?" He said giving me a friendly hug and then kissed me on the forehead.

I didn't even know when we got here. I was just getting to enjoy myself. I waved at him with an appreciative smile as I watched him drove off.
