But as time went, It seemed that I made my worst enemies by becoming friends with Emma.

She wouldn't stop talking about how dangerous and evil the bitchy girls were.
She talked negatively about them almost all the time.

I couldn't get what her deal was but I couldn't just hate them just like that when they haven't done anything wrong to me or because she hated them. But I do see them mistreating the other poor kids and picking on Emma most times.
They both just can't stand each other and I don't know why.

"What is your deal with them? I mean no offence but is just that you talk nothing more but them.
Why do you guys hate each other so much?" I asked curiously as we sat down at the cafeteria to have lunch.

"What are you talking about?" She asked innocently.

"Come on, don't play dumb with me. I mean I know they aren't that nice to you and some other people, but in your own case is different. What did they do to you?" I asked calmly feeling very sympathetic for her.

"Well... will it shock you to know that we were once friends, best friends actually." She paused and smiled painfully, taking a sip of her fruit juice, then continued.

"Unfortunately we fell for the same guy who wasn't even worth it. She was obsessed with him but I thought I was the one he loved, turns out he was never really interested in any of us, the guy didn't really have time for what our mind were taking us." She paused and took more spoons of her lunch into her mouth.

"But he was just too irresistible, so dreamy and so charming my gosh I.. " she stopped when she remembered herself.

"But he dumped her. Nothing better than a public rejection am I right?" It was Lucy again. She must have overheard what Emma was saying.

Who would have thought Emma and those bitchy girls who everyone admires and fears at the same time had their history. They were once best friends until they fell for the same guy.
Things got ugly and the once best friends became worst enemies.
Now they've got their eyes on me. Ever since their breakup, the leader of the bitchy girls (Lucy) really messed up Emma's life. She embarrassed her in front of the whole school, revealing all her darkest secrets.
As Emma has explained to me.

But it seemed like Emma wasn't the type to hold back on her past or care about what people think or care about her.

She's got good grades, rich family and can get whatever she could ask for.
We got more acquainted the more time passed. We did almost everything together, ate lunch together, teased each other and talked about the bitchy girls or make fun of them.

On a Friday, Emma wasn't able to join me for lunch because she had some student council activities to take care of.

After taking my lunch at the school cafeteria and was heading to my sit, I bumped into someone and my food spilled and was all over my dress, it was a disaster, my cloths were ruined and it happened that I was wearing my favourite designer shirt on that day.

"Look where you're going loser!"
Said Lucy, and the other two girls(Jane and Allison) beside her laughed.

"Look who it is, what did they say her name was again?..." She paused and did as if she was trying to remember my name.

"Oh yeah, was it

"Whatever " ...said Lucy.
And They laughed again.

Lucy: " So what's your story, expelled? Or ran away because you couldn't stand being a loser?"

OK, this girl is really starting to piss me off, after ruining my dress, not even a single apology 'not that I expect it from someone like her ' and she's insulting me on top of that.

Lucy: " hey, haven't you been thought to respond to questions when you're asked or what, your mouth is too Stinky to speak?"

"And haven't you been taught to mind your own business and have some manners? You just ruined my dress and not even a single apologized. Who the f**k do you think you are "
I said to her furiously.
They laughed at me again and it seemed what I said to Lucy annoyed her a little telling by her face expression.

" you want an apology? How about am sorry that you're such a loser and a failure that you got kicked out of school. And to worsen your matter, you're now friends with that fat ass loser Emma. "

" I don't need your appr....." she interrupted me.

" anyway, am not here to make enemies, just wanna officially welcome you to NY high. Am lucy btw. And if you know what's good for you, you stay out of our way or even better, you can become friends with us"

" thanks but no thanks Lucy! I'll be just fine ok? " I said sarcastically.

" what a pathetic girl, you have been warned loser, just be careful what you wish for and do not mess with me or any of them or I'll make you life here a living hell!"
said lucy with an evil smile.

" you heard her, be wise girl and make the wise decision" said Allison with a warning voice.

" ....and trust me girl, being friends with that loser Emma is the worst thing that can happen to you here. She'll ruin your life ok" said jane.

" that's enough girls, leave her alone!" Emma said furiously from behind me.
And the girls laughed at her being standing up for me.

" speak of the devil, we were just leaving, I don't waste a valuable time around losers like you " she said to Emma.
Then she turned to me and said

" ....awwww. What a fine dress, too bad is ruined. But look at the bright side girl, you won't have to wear that grandma dress anywhere else and embarrass yourself, I mean is so last season. You're welcome BTW "
They walked away laughing. That girl is a monster, a maniac.

Emma apologized to me about them and told me not to listen to them, they were just being mean but I should also be careful about them cos they're dangerous and capable of anything.

Yeah...what a warning. But two can play on that game. They really do not want to see the other side of me.
