I grabbed my bag and left for school. It's lame- most of the stuff we learn there we won't even use- like when the hell are we gonna use function machines in real life- not me.

Hhh it sucks. I don't even know anyone at this stupid school. I kept walking, seeing others walking in groups.

I walk to school with Jaime and Kylie. I normally stay quiet though. But it's fine, having company is good.

~3rd Person POV~

Jaime went on about her weekend, gladly being the center of attention in the little group. Off to the side Starla, Charlie and Flannel we're walking in a group of their own. Starla was on the phone talking with another friend while Charlie and Jai happily chatted with each other.

"Hey are you busy later today? I don't have anything planned and I don't wanna be bored after school." Charlie laughed.

"Hm? Oh I don't have anything planned either!" Jai chirped happily.

"Great! Wanna hang out for a while then?" Charlie asked.

"Sure." Jai agreed, smiling at her friend.

"What's going on-" Starla chimed in- suddenly off her phone.

"Nothing." Charlie and Jai laughed as they all kept walking.

~Pupper~

Hah- what shrubs- look at them walking- hey I'm kidding, I'm not like that.

I calmly flew over to the school not wanting to be late, even if there was still about twenty minutes left I don't want to risk it. I looked down and saw groups of people walking, and then one alone trailing behind.

Hesitantly I flew back down, and landed next to the girl trailing behind everyone.

She looked over at me, seemingly confused.

"Hey, if you don't mind me asking, how come you're alone?" I questioned.

"Oh-? Oh- uh- I don't know- I mean I've never not been alone." She answered awkwardly.

I frowned a bit. I held out my paw and smiled. "Well, I'm Pupper. Nice to meet you..?"

"Oh uh- just call me Cloud." She replies as she shook my paw.

I smiled. "Well Cloud, I hope we can be friends."
