Boredom was written on the face of a certain girl. The young hedgelynx was practically almost asleep. Almost, but the constant scrapping of chalk kept her awake. It wasn't a chalkboard the teacher had, but they used the board like one, sound effects and everything. It was the first day of school, so why're they already learning.
"Phaedra! Solve the following problem on the board!" Wait, this wasn't math class, it was science. Why're are they doing math problems?!
"...."
"Is there a problem Ms. Indonesia?" Yes, because this is science class!
"Uh, no ma'am!" Immediately, she ran up to the board. What were they just talking about? Phaedra searched the class for answers, but everyone, except for Tails, was bored out of their mind. She mouthed for help to Tails, silently praying he understood. Unfortunately, he didn't, or probably did and just didn't want to help.
After finally looking and re-looking over the problem, she finally decided to try to solve it. Luckily, the bell decided to finally ring. A face of relief was written as she let out a sigh of gratefulness.
"Alright class! Our first assignment tonight is to-" Phaedra didn't know nor cared what the teacher was saying, she was just happy to leave. Just as she was out the door, a kitsune happened to stop her.
"That was an interesting lesson, wasn't it?" Tails asked, an adorable smile on his face.
"I guess so, it wasn't my type of fancy, but who cares about my opinion here?" Phaedra stated, slumping a bit as the words left her mouth.
"That was also an easy equation on the board. I understand it's the first day, but she could've added something more challenging" Phaedra stared in amusement and disbelief at the boy in front of her.
"Uh, yeah?"
"I bet you just pretended to need my help with that problem"
"P-pretended? Yeah, I guess that's a word for it" The hedge-lynx was busy looking around, searching for a distraction.
"Hey, Tails! Buddy! I need your help!" Sonic exclaimed, coming to a halt, shoving Phaedra to the ground.
"Oof!"
"Uh, what's wrong, Sonic?" Tails asked his best friend, completely forgetting about his other companion laying on the floor.
"Uh, guys?" Phaedra asked from the floor.
"Tails, I need some help involving Amy" Sonic told his friend.
"Why're you asking me? Why don't you ask Malazia?" Tails asked confused.
"Guys?" Phaedra asked again, hopping off the floor.
"She's helping out the new kids" Sonic stated.
"GUYS!" Phaedra shouted at the two idiots- I mean dimwits- I mean guys in front of her. Tails and Sonic looked at her shocked by her outburst.
"...uh, yeah?..." Sonic finally asked. Phaedra calmly dusted off her outfit before speaking.
"I can give you advice on the whole issue" Phaedra stated calmly and professionally. The two stared at her in disbelief, a simple sound emitting from their mouths.
"Eh?!" The girl fell from idiots standing before her. This was gonna take a lot of work to take her twin's usual job, lot's of work.

"Shadow! Give it back!" Shouted the hedge-lynx in front of the black and red hedgehog.
"Hm, no thanks" Shadow says back, walking away from the girl, a smirk on his face. The girl, frustrated with him, jumped on his back and reaches for the journal in his hands.
"Shadow!"
"Malazia?" Shadow was teasing her, taunting her, and she knew this. She was slightly giving in, desperate for the book in his hands.
"Just give me back my book!"
"Tell me why you and Christian broke up, and maybe, just maybe, I'll think about it" everyone wanted the hot details on why everyone's favorite power couple broke up. The simple answer they both gave was, 'Creative differences' or 'Not everything has a happy ending.' Most people gave up on trying to figure out, others just waited for the appropriate time to ask.
"Why would you want to know?" Asked the girl.
"Just curious" Shadow simply answered.
"Well..."
