(Candy pov)
The music was blaring as I was standing in the bathroom looking at a pregnancy it's positive...

"I can't be pregnant.," I said shaking my head.

Sierra looked at the other two test sitting by the sink.

"Well, all three came out positive so..."

"Is it Tristan's?" she asked.

I looked at her yes I said.

We have been having a lot of sex so I knew it was his. Plus I have only been with him. But I'm also on birth control
So how is that possible...

"Candy I think you should go home."

"What why?"

"Because you're not feeling good you're always throwing up."

"Pregnant or not you need to go see a doctor," she said.

I decided to take her advice and go home hopefully Tristan was working late or he gets called in.

As I put my keys into the door I seen Tristan sitting on the couch shirtless and in grey sweatpants and I noticed he was wearing his glasses. He was watching sports.

"Hey, babe.," he said giving me a quick kiss.

Your off early tonight he asked
Yea it's a slow night..I'm going to bed I said walking past him to the room I changed and got into bed.

(The next morning)
For once I was actually up early and was cooking pancakes, bacon, sausage grits and scrambled eggs. I don't know why but I just felt happy even if I am pregnant I had a good feeling about this.

"Someone 's feeling better."
I heard as I felt Tristan wrap his arms around my waist and kissed me from behind. My hair was in a ponytail and I was wearing his dark blue Spiderman t-shirt and black boy shorts.

I smiled.
"Yea I am."

When everything was done cooking we sat down at the brown wooden table and starting eating.

"So are you going in this morning?" I asked.

"Yea I am., " he said taking a bite of eggs off his plate.

"Oh ok, I'm going to the doctor today to see what's going on."I said.

After we at breakfast he got a call and had to rush to work so he got dressed kissed me goodbye and then left.

After he left I cleaned up, got in the shower and got dressed I decided to throw on a pink sundress, I wore my hair in a bump and some pink sandals.

When I was done I looked at my phone and it was 9 am my appointment was in an hour.

I grabbed my purse and exited out of the apartment.

"Well, congratulations Ms. Carla you're expecting., "

I heard the doctor tell me.
I looked over at the flat screen next to me and seen the little grey dot that was my unborn child.

(Tristan pov)
I was on my way home from the hospital.This morning I got a call from the boss and told me I was needed at the hospital to talk to the victim of a shooting which turned out be Damion.

After talking to him I was told to just label this as a regular gun violence but somethings not adding up this sounded more personal.

My mind was racing I wanted to tell Candy what was going on but over the last few weeks she's been stressed and been throwing up lately...

It all makes sense now.

I picked up my phone and called Candy no answer.

As I entered the apartment I walked into the apartment it was dark I turned on the lights as I entered I walked into the bedroom to see the bright white tv light flash in the room and I was able to see Candy laying in the bed.

I turned on the light the Candy suddenly sprung up.

She loves to sleep but is easily woken up.

"Hey, babe is everything ok she said while rubbing her eyes."

"Yea just got off..so how was your doctor's appointment?"

She looked at me.

"I'm pregnant she said as she sat up on the bed."
