Within an hour!!!
That ultimatum suddenly made her stop in her track and raise goosebumps in her body. Is it even suppose to affect her this much? How can he just not understand what she wants and just give all control to his ego? Well..In a way she is doing the same too, but hey, he was the one who left. And most importantly, she decided to sent him away, as he already wanted, then why she is questioning herself, why she wants an innocent chit for herself to not regret later for her decision, or perhaps , she wants to just make sure that what she did was correct. However, nothing is making sense or creating any kind of soothe in her heart since it broke day before yesterday.

She continues to walk forward in the building when suddenly Dinesh stops her from going further as obviously the construction hasn't completed yet and that might be dangerous for her. Dev went down that minute only after he stated about his departure. Sonakshi kept trying to have a look at him anyhow by peeping through the corridor or something that too without getting caught by anyone.
Tina meanwhile, instructed Dinesh and workers for the further plans with a sad heart. She always felt some spark between them and now it all seems falling apart. Sonakshi was standing aloof from all of them.

Dinesh:- Madam, what happened between Sonakhsi madam and Dev bhau?

Tina:- I don't know Dinesh ji, and more importantly, it's not our job to be concerned about them.

Dinesh:- kay bolat ahat madam{what are you talking madam}, Dev bhau or Sonakshi madam to humare apne log h, who will be concerned if not us.

Tina:- well...At one point you seem right Dinesh ji, but.....

Dinesh:- no but wut Tina madam, I have a plan.

Finally some smart people united together to unite some not so smart people out here. Dinesh and Tina makes a plan after discussing the site work and ordering workers to start working so that Sonakshi won't be suspicious.
Meanwhile,
Sonakshi was being restless for some reason. Part of her was asking her to run downstairs and just slap him hard..So hard and stop him from going, but to follow this part, she has to cross the gut-line as well as the protective wall she has built for herself to save her ass from not getting harmed by any other person.

Actually it's not something we do consciously, when something happens to you, your mind automatically works with the trauma you have, either it's small, very small or a big one. Once you are scared of what happened and you don't want it to be repeated ever , your mind just makes a fence to protect you and the next time you encounter anything closer than that, you get the RED ALERT and suddenly it's harder for you to let yourself go and give a chance.
But you should do it, you should always give yourself and the other person a chance, worst case scenario- you will be broken again, but that has happened already so you are immune now. If you think you will be shattered if another heartbreak happens to you, You are making a mistake darling, your heart is stronger now and another break will make it even stronger, so just go with the flow.

Anyways, I'll write another book for this PRAVACHAN, let's focus on this one now.

Tina came up to sonakshi and disturbed her thoughts.

Tina- mam, I think you should get some rest, moreover, these stilettoes might be hurting you by now so I guess you should go to your room and rest, I have already managed things here.

Sonakshi looks up at her and suddenly she hugged her, for a millisecond only but she did. Tina was gobsmacked with whatever sweet sissy drama happened, that too by sonakshi, but before she could process and respond, sonakshi let go and started walking down the stairs with her stilettoes in her hand going bare foot.

Dev's POV

Why this has to be me all the time? Why she always contradict with her eyes? Or is it me reading them wrong, or perhaps the way I want them to speak. I don't know, suddenly this sonakshi has made me Devdas from Dev, minus the alcohol. And what does she think of herself even, what does she own, some hotels, I own a fucking garden...Yeah FUCKING  G A R D E N. Beat that Miss. Sonakshi Bose. If you don't want me here, I won't be. But why am I even listening to her. If I want to be here I'll be.
Oh ! I really wanna be here..Why is she doing this. Does she really not want me to be with her or even around her. What did I do? God why you made this world so complicated and even left beautiful women  to roam around freely. Aadmi bechara jaye to kha jaye!!

Huh! Navy blue shirt, branded perfume, gelled hair, all this for.......Asked to get out of her sight. Really good job Dev Dixit. Now where the hell I put my underwears. Can't find a single one, those are all I have, ghar jake kya pehnunga!!!!! Hey deva, dayalu aahe, krupaya ( oh lord, spare a little, please).

As he was packing his stuffs and murmuring to himself, Dinesh enters the camp with some underwears in his hand.
Dev looks at him, then his hands and then thanks god for sending his avatar taking his chaddis he was searching for.

Dev:- are Dinesh bhau...Apan devta ahat{ you are deity} I was searching for these since so long and I just couldn't remember where I put them to dry out.

Dinesh:- hehehe Dev bhau...This is nothing.
I feel sad for you are going today, otherwise we had planned alot of things to do with you and sonakshi madam...(dev immediately turns towards him) and...And tina madam.

Dev:- Na na...I have to go...Anyway Sonakshi...Mam doesn't need me anymore.

Dinesh:- Bhau, please one request bhau, before you go, please you can't say No to it bhau.

Dev:- are are dinesh ji...Alright tell me what is it..

Dinesh:- I'll tell you later, right now just pack your stuff but don't leave okay..Please bhau for the sake of us workers.

Dev:- alright if you say so...But mind it dinesh ji, I have made my statement of leaving within an hour, and 26 minutes left only to be an hour, I'll complete my packing soon so please tell me soon what is it okay.

Dinesh:- okay bhau okay
But mala vachan dya {promise me}
You won't leave before telling me and meeting me, please bhau

Dev:- ok dinesh ji..mi vachan deto {I promise} I will not leave before you come to meet me ok.

Dinesh being overwhlemed by his friendly behaviour and getting his plan successful, leaves the room smiling and showing a thumbs up to Tina who is on the third floor.

Sonakshi put off her presentable avtar down and wore a comfortable T-shirt and night shorts and came out and sat on a chair facing the backside of the site where there were small trees and was supposed to be the garden area. No one was there. She was liking this loneliness, it gave her space to think and freshness to think correctly and freshly. Her mind automatically went down the lane of day before yesterday's events and she started smiling remember all those moments, all those words that came out of his mouth that night, they felt true, they felt real. All those touches, she let him touch her, feel her, see her flawed body, that means she might have seen some honesty some pious intentions in him and so she gave in. Her intuitions can't be wrong always. But then again, why he left if he was true about what he said. And this irritating question has been eating her completely since it occurred. She should ask him, yeah....She should totally ask him. She deserves to know why he did what he did. She has the fucking right to know what's in his mind.

She suddenly rose up from the chair and taking the long steps, headed inside Dev's camp. Dinesh and Tina were shocked, that wasn't included in their plan. They were so hoping Sonakshi won't complicate things more, worst part is....No one can stop her even. 

Dev(engrossed in packing, assuming Dinesh bhau came) :- oh finally you came, I was waiting for you only.

Sonakshi ( shocked by his words):- Why!

Dev( freezes for a second, and then looks at her side):- oh...Sona..Miss.Bose..I..I thought...I'm sorry, I thought it's Dinesh ji.

Sonakshi(hurt):- clearly, you were not waiting for me.

Dev(hurt):- why should I wait when you already made it clear you dont  want me here.

Sonakshi (pissed):- You are taking me wrong dev...I...

Dev(cut her in between):- I'm leaving Sonakshi (lump formed in his throat made an affect over the voice and it crackled at the end)

Sonakshi (sucks in deep breath):- you left 34 hours 45 minutes ago Dev. (Tears trickle down her eyes and she wipes it immediately)

The moment he saw her wet eyes, his hands immediately raised towards her cheeks but she raised her hand to stop him and turned to walk away.

Dev:- Don't walk away. Please!

Sonakshi:- Its too late, De...v (as if savouring his name in her mouth, in her voice for the last time)

Its surprising me how I'm able to write long chapters now, not comparing to others but my work only.
