I feel alone. I've been abandoned by my own parents. I live on my own. It's not safe for me, but I'm tough enough to know how to take care of myself.

"Hey! Wait up!" My boyfriend, Matt is walking just ahead. "Hey babe," he says, I smell the alcohol on his breath. "Want to go do it?" He asks, grabbing my wrist. "No!" I scream in agony. He cups his hand over my mouth, "Too late, sweetie." I scream, but I know nobody hears me.

Matt is a huge alcoholic, and he's always trying to get me to sleep with him. I try to tell him no, but he's done it a few times. I need out of this relationship, but I'm stuck in it.

"Ready Alex?" He asks, unlocking his house door. I kick and scream, and make as much noise as possible hoping somebody notices. A tall, well-built man rushes over. Matt immediately lets me go and runs out of sight.

The man helps me up, "I saw what he was doing," he says flipping his blond hair, "I hope you're okay."

I brush myself off, "Y-Yes I'm fine." I manage to get out, shakily. "It isn't safe for you, let's get you home."

I shake my head, "It isn't safe for me at home either. I live by myself."

He looks shocked, "I guess you'll have to come to my house."

"I don't even know you, how do I know your not like him," I point out.

"I'm Chad," he says, extending a hand, "don't worry I'm not."
