I ran as far as my legs would take me. Stupid! Stupid! How could I be so dumb! Now the CCG has my identity. I'm so screwed! I growled as I jumped from roof to roof. I jumped and jumped until I ran into Aogiri members. And as soon as they saw me, they attacked. I sighed as I pulled out my sword and dodged all of their attacks.

"Your in my way!" I growled as I cut ones head off, kicking it to the others, who growled in anger and lunged forward.

"Wahoo!"

We stopped our fighting and turned our heads to see a young male, in a CCG uniform, he had white hair, and red stiching on his body, he held his guns out and shot at the Aogiri members. Laughing as he did so.

"Awe! Don't die on me!"

This guys got major issues.

After he killed the rest of the ghouls he turned to me, smiling. I frowned behind my mask and held my sword tightly. He saw my sword and confusion crossed his features. Only to have a huge creepy smile replace it.

"Wow! Are you a samurai ghoul or something?!"

I stared at him blankly as the wind whipped my black hair around my mask.

"Oh! The silent treatment! Boy I'm gonna enjoy playing with you!"

I planted my feet firmly into the ground, holding my sword so that the blade was facing backwards.

"Let's play!"

And with that I launched myslef forward with all of my strength aiming my sword for the guy. A strong gust of wind blew past the boy. But he jumped over my attack and land behind me.

"Woah! Your fast!"

This kid i s annoying as fuck

He jumped into the air and threw little knifes at me. My eyes widened and I instantly jumped onto the air, spinning and trying my best to dodge all of the knifes. But I missed calculated, and a knife went wizing past my shoulder, grazing it in the process. I clenched my teeth as I put my hand on my shoulder, applying pressure to the wound.

"Oh! Look at that! I got you!"

I growled as I jumped into the air and kicked him in the stomach, sending him back a bit. I landed softly and held my sword. Peering at him from behind my mask, I expected him to be in pain, since I put all of my strength into that kick. But instead he was laughing.

"Wow! You sure got me! Your fun!"

He then pulled out his guns. Aiming them.

"But it's time to die!"

My eyes widened as he began to shoot at me. I quickly jumped and dodged all of the bullets, not having one of them shot me.

"Juzo."

The boy stopped and turned to a man. He was also part of the CCG. He had Brown hair and a brown gote.

"Oh! Hey, Shinohara! I was just about to kill her."

He said as he pointed at me. I clutched my shoulder and my sword was hanging at me side. The man who's name was Shinohara looked over at me. And back at the boy named Juzo. I could see that Juzo envied this Shinohara. I smiled at the thought of it. This could be very useful. While they were talking I made my move. I ran swiftly and silently, until I was behind Shinohara, I pressed my sword to his back and he froze as I did so. While Juzo's face fell. I let out a heavy breath.

"Let me go. And I won't kill him." I breathed out.

"Juzo." He said calmly, while Juzo looked between him and I. I grinned behind the mask.

"Good choice." I whispered as I pushed the man into him and jumped off of the roof, away from the two CCG investigators. I kept a look out, seeing if I could see anyone else from team Anteiku or Kaneki. But so far I saw noone. All of the sudden a shoting pain went through my shoulder, causing me to fall to my knees.

"Shit."

I lifted up the cloak and saw the that the wound was deeper then I thought, it definitely was gonna need stitches.

"Your weak."

I turned my head as I heard a voice. I crawled over to the edge of the building and looked down to see Touka on the ground, and antoher boy infornt of her. He had purple hair. And he looked alot like her. He then aimed for her, but instead of hitting her, Nishki jumped in front of her taking the blow. A small smiled crossed my lips as I saw the scene.

"What!"

He then aimed for the two again and I sighed as I took off my mask and held it in my hands. I then jumped down and landed infornt of Nishki and Touka and took the blow this time. As the sharp blades from his Kaugene hit me, I grunted in pain. My whole body was in pain from the blood that came pouring out. I turned my head slightly so I could see Nishki and Touka. Her eyes were wide while Nishki was in shock.

"Mira." He whispered as I gave him a small smile. Blood pouring from the corners of my mouth.

"You.....proved me wrong....four eyes....you've er-eraned my trust." I said before I fell over, bleeding out onto the floor. The last thing that I saw was a white haired figure jump into action and my mind went black.

~ 3rd person p.o.v ~

Nishki and Touka watched as Mira fell to the floor. Bleeding out onto the concret. Her breathing barley detectable.

"She saved us." Touka whispered in disbelief. Since they first meet the two young girls hated eachother with a passion. Yet here she is bleeding out, because she took a hit for her.

"Idiot." Nishki whispered. He knew that she hated him for what he did to Nagachika. But he never expected her to take a hit for him. Much less her saying that he earned her trust. He stared at her as the new Kankei fought off Ayato.

"Get out of here." Kaneki said. Touka got up while Nishki walked over and picked up Mira. Holding her bridal style. Her black hair swaying as her head fell limp. Blood stained to corners of her mouth as her hands hung limply as Nishki carried her back. Finally Hinami and the others came into view. And we're happy non the less. But once their eyes fell onto Mira's limp body in Nishki's arms.

"What happened!" Hinami yelled as she rushed foreward.

Irima and Komo said nothing. But their expressions were enough to say that they were worried.

"Idiot took a hit for us....idiot!" Nishki said as he looked down at her.

"Nishki."

They all looked up to see that Yoshimura was walking up to them. He placed two fingers onto Mira's wrist and a sad expression crossed his face.

"You need to take her to a hospital, quickly. She's breathing but it's very faint. If we don't get her there she'll die. You must hurry."

Nishki nodded his head.

"Yomo, Uta, Touka and Tsukiyama will go with you. Now go."

They all nodded their heads as they ran off, running as fast as they could so they could save the human girl before it was to late. None of them knew that time, but that was the last time that they would ever see Ken Kaneki, and that their rescue mission was all for nothing.
