You have no idea how hard it was to stop laughing at the conversation that next morning. Me and Star were dying as the two girls were going back and forth with the conversation from yesterday.

"I'm the most dainty person here. I don't curse."

"You basically told Snowy to f*** off."

"You're making things up."

"You do it every day!"

"Ha! No."

"W-what's going o-on?"

We all turned to Sun, who was sitting up and rubbing his head. He looked exhausted after what happened yesterday. I bit my lip and went over to him. I had to get his mind off track, despite the difficulty of it.

"Eclipse is denying her ability to curse without words."

"Hey!"

"I thought we had this discussion."

"Blue can't do anything about it. I'm still good."

"One of these days you're going to get caught."

"Ha! No."

"Guys........."

Sun laid his head down and groaned. I paused before looking at the board. It was a place where we put our quests and tasks. I scanned over the tasks. I looked at Sun. He needed to get away from the vase. While others might say that he needed to rest, his response was never a good idea. I won't say what it is, but I'll say this, it wasn't any better than getting him outside.

"Hey Sun?"

"What do you want?" His voice weakly replied.

"Wanna go knock out some of these tasks?" I locked eyes with Eclipse. She smiled at me.

"Why?" I did my best not to laugh.

"Cause no one trusts you to rest."

"What!?" He sat up before grabbing his head. We giggled as he rubbed his eyes. "Alright..."

"Great! Let's go." I went over and grabbed his arm. He tried to protest, but as everyone knows, I didn't pay attention to him. The others laughed as we went out.

It was quiet between us as we were doing the tasks. He was distant for the majority of the time. I finally grabbed him as he was falling asleep as we were walking to the last place. He jerked slightly before relaxing. I pulled him to the side and against a wall. He looked at me as I slipped something out of my pocket. I didn't usually have to do this, but this is Sun we're talking about. And when he has been recently hit by Snowy, typically you have to find the daze and pause it. I tapped the object against the back of his neck and a hiss escaped from him.

"Ultra......" He lowered his voice. I could tell that he wasn't fully set.

"Get your head on and snap out of this daze. You're not going to be able to do anything in this state." Sun looked at me dead in the eye. Fear snaked down my spine as he spoke rather softly.

"You weren't there. You didn't experience what that battle did to me. You don't know what it felt like for me." I gulped as he pulled away and kept moving. I quickly snapped out of my daze and ran to catch up to him. He looked upset as he turned away from me.

"Sun.... you're right. I didn't mean it. But can you please tell me what's wrong." His eyes drifted over to me. I noticed a small mist forming in them. 

"The images of that... world.... they felt so real... like..... it was truly happening." 

We arrived at the destination and finished the task in minutes. As we started back, Sun leaned heavily against me. I was going to protest until I noticed that he had fallen asleep. I smiled briefly before putting him on my back. He didn't seem to be affected by it as I carried him back to the base. The others were surprised but relieved at the little damage. I placed him on the couch as Moon brought over a cold washcloth. We quickly split up to do chores. Sun's words wandered through my head as I worked on my chores. What did that mean? I know what world he was talking about. The others would've been confused. Me and Sun made up a world that was just a placeholder, an illusion of Snowy's torture process. We made it so that he didn't lose grip of him so quickly. His mind and the scenario was the perfect way to get him away from the danger. I was just hoping that it doesn't fail soon. But it felt real? Now that's concerning. I sighed.

"I wish I was in your place, Sun. Then you could be free."
