Mind you, just like the Ultimate Moves, I am not 100% accurate. These are more towards ideas or thoughts about what I see in it. I'm not the author of Pokespe, so I don't have any actual clue if I'm right or not.

The question was why do they mostly keep the same look? I... honestly don't know.

My ultimate question is why doesn't the creator consider changing their looks.

I believe, because of what I see, the artists are used to that line of work. They like making the characters like that and would have to change it from that.

But that's just what I think.
