Hidden Predator.
Crouching low, the prey straight ahead,
The hidden Predator waits to behead.
Sneaking stealthily, the entire length,
She flexes each muscle, rippling with strength.
The sculpted feline body waits to attack,
Camouflaged perfectly in darkness pitch black.
The young faun lies asleep dreaming about lush meadows,
Completely unaware of the danger within the hollows.
The predator's slit eyes narrow a little,
Completely fixated on the tender young with a body so brittle.
She nears the sleeping innocence,
It's death in true imminence.
A swift, fluid movement was all that finished it,
The innocent one's life had ended with a flit.
