Smoke swirled around Qi as he looked at the results. "Well?" Said samon. "The note was embedded with micro needles. Once they punctured her skin, they delivered some kind of..." "Some kind of what? Hallucinogen?" Samon said, interrupting Qi. He shook his head, "No. Not quite at least. This drug was engineered to take a person back to a certain event or time in their memory. In other words, it forces the brain to vividly project past experiences, like a really bad flashback. To the person it affects, it would seem like it was really happening to them. It also seems to make the mind revert back to how it was at that time, using the same logic and running on the same things it did at the time." Qi flipped through his pages of notes. "The drug also induces the person into a coma once their brain realize what's happening." "Which is why she hasn't woken up yet." Said Samon. Qi nodded, "I have figured out a way to wake her up. Just a few doses of this should do the trick." He said holding a vile of some liquid up. It was immediately snatched by Samon, "Thanks. Great work" he said as he made his way towards the door. "Not so fast. Let me finish." Said Qi, slipping the vile out of Samon's hand. "I said that this would wake her up. The drug is too advanced and every attempt to cancel it out has failed. I don't know what state of mind she will be in when she wakes up. This is a very advanced drug, formulated specifically for her. When she wakes, the drug might still be in affect. Though we don't know when and where she thinks she is, we do know that she reacts violently. So be careful." Samon nodded. He had seen what she had done to that guard. They had been able to save his life, but he had almost died. Samon held the vial tightly as he made his way to the room. Everyone had been worried about you. Your absence had caused an odd silence to fall over the cell. When Samon walked in the room, he saw Upa where he had left him last night, sitting in a chair by your side, sound asleep. Samon heard a chuckle from behind him and turned to see Kiji. "Poor kid." Samon nodded, "he refuses to leave her side." Kiji smirked knowingly. "What's that face for?" Kiji put a hand on his hip, "He obviously likes her. And she obviously likes him. Why else would they become such quick friends? Oh I just can't wait! Soon we'll have another cute couple here!" said Kiji, already obsessing over his new otp. Samon rolled his eyes, "Yeah right, now where is the doctor?" "Right here" said Okina, "Did that inmate of yours finally figure out what happened?" Samon nodded, "The note somehow gave her some kind of weird drug. It made her think she was somewhere else. It ended up putting her in a coma or something. You're going to have to ask him yourself, but that doesn't matter right now." Samon held up the vial, "He gave me this. Said it would take her out of the coma." Okina nodded, taking the vial and going to retrieve a needle. Samon watched as he drew up some of the liquid into syringe. "He said to be careful though. The drug still might be active after she wakes up." Okina grunted, "Yeah, she did quite a number on that guard." He thought for a second as he flicked the syringe to get the air bubbles out. "Should we get a few people in here?" He asked as he got a cotton swab. Samon shook his head, "She's highly trained. Even if we did put people in here, she would easily get out. If she does end up being violent, let her go. The less people hurt the better. The drug will eventually wear off and once it does, she'll come back." Okina shrugged as he poured rubbing alcohol on the cotton swab, "Okay, whatever you say." He disinfected a bit of your shoulder. "The kid has to move." Samon nodded as he went to wake up Upa. He shook him gently. After a moment, Upa woke up and moved out of the way. He watched as Okina gave you the shot. The whole room was quiet as everyone waited. You had been out for three days. Throughout those three days, you hadn't moved an inch. But now, only a few seconds after the injection, you shifted slightly under the blankets. "(y/n)?" Said Upa hopefully, walking towards the bedside. Samon stopped him, "Wait, the drug might still be in effect." Though he didn't want to, Upa stopped where he was. You move a little more as you come out of your coma. After a bit of stretching, you opened your eyes a little. "(Y/n)?" said Upa again. "Upa?" You asked after a few seconds of silence. Upa broke out of Samon's hold and walked to your side. You opened your eyes completely, "what happened?" you asked, confused. Upa opened his mouth to answer, but Samon answered instead, "Do you remember that note?" you wracked your brain for anything. Everything seemed to be so fuzzy, though you faintly remembered a note. You nodded your head yes. "That note had tiny needles in it. When you grabbed it, they injected you with some kind of drug. According to Qi, it makes you experience certain memories very vividly." You nodded, trying to understand what he was saying. "Well, when that happened, you went crazy. You set of a blast of Qigong that knocked everyone down. After that you started running. You almost killed one guard." Your eyes widen. Now you remember what memory you had been taken back to after you had been drugged. You were back at the base. Playing what you're former boss referred to as a 'game'. You shivered. "Do you know anyone who could have done this?" Samon asked seriously. You knew who had done it. Heck, he had even signed it. You looked over to Upa. You knew that he knew. You looked back at Samon and shook your head no. Samon sighed, "Then we have nothing." He looked down at you and smiled determinedly, "Don't worry, we'll find out who did this, I promise!" he said before walking out of the room. Okina had been called out a while ago and Kiji followed Samon out, so that left you and Upa. After a few moments of silence, Upa asked, "So, you're not going to tell him?"
