the lynx entered camp. cats froze, unaware of his presence until now.
he attempts a smile, shaking out his dark grey damp pelt.
"hello." he meows.
"i stay here a while?" he blinks, his meow broken and somewhat difficult to understand. it was clear he did not speak wild cat very well. "my name is fjord."

the molly returned to camp while the moon was high in the sky. despite the rain, she remained in a good mood. a bundle of deep blue flowers were carried in her jaws, gently, as she crept into the warriors den.
all of her motions silent, she padded carefully over to snowshine's nest where the other molly lay sleeping peacefully. the she-cat's expression formed a tiny smile as she placed the snow gentian flowers inside of snowshine's nest.
she stood there for a moment, feeling pleased with herself, and padded out of the den with inaudible pawsteps.

the rookie grinned to themself with mischief as they buried five bugs in kestrelpaw's nest. kestrelpaw had just returned from training after the rookie had done so. exhausted, kestrelpaw flopped down into her nest.
her eyes widened to two twin moons as she felt a wiggling under her. she leaps up, her fur poofing out as she realises what she just laid on.
kestrelpaw yowls a shrill screech of fear, heard throughout the entire camp, waking up anyone who had already gone to sleep.
"kestrelpaw, what is it?!" oakpaw snapped up out of her nest, her gaze unclear and foggy.
"s-s-someone left bugs in my nest!" kestrelpaw wails, distressed.
