Prologue
It is said that nothing in this universe can stand against a mother's resolve. Her blessing has the power to transform the youngest of boys into fearless warriors, while her curse can bring down even the mightiest of empires.
In her love, there exists a quiet strength- a strength capable of shaping destinies. This proved not to b a fancy statement but the lived reality of the Pandava Patnis.
Subhadra stood by the threshold of the hut, staring at the night sky. The moon glowed in all its radiance, turning every ordinary thing into something magical. Reflexively resting her hand on her stomach, she felt the gentle swell beneath her fingers.
It had been nine months.
As the child within her stirred slightly, for a fleeting moment, the entire universe seemed to pause, as though holding its breath in anticipation.
The soft movement of the child pulled her thoughts back to the beginning; to the moment when she first discovered that she was pregnant. Pregnancy wasn't new to her. But having to deal it alone was.
When she carried Abhimanyu, Arjun was by her side. Every morning, he would bring her fresh nutritious fruits he had handpicked from the garden. And in the night, he would gently massage her shoulders and feet, trying to ease her pain.
There were also times when he would surprise her with her favorite dish, preparing it on his own under Bheem's guidance.
And it was in that period when Subhadra's love for Arjun grew by leaps and bounds. She came to realize that she was not only married to the greatest archer in the world but also to a loving companion who would walk beside her through every storm that life may bring.
Life did bring a storm. The fury of which, she had to face alone this time.

This story includes and mainly revolves around the wives of the Pandavas. Their roles as a wife, mother and queen will be dealt with. The other Pandav patnis are also included in the storyline other than Subhadra and Panchali.
Moreover, the politics and quest for power will also be dealt with on the side.
This is no work of inspiration or plagiarism. Panchali is the wife of all the Pandavas in the story. Rest of the elder cast remain the same.

PS: I have an exam and I really couldn't stop myself from still publishing this book. The first chapter will be published soon. I know I have already lot of work pending regarding the other books but I'll find time to manage the updates.
This is a small book (maybe 30 chapters) I wished to write earlier. I'll try to wrap things quickly as compared to my usual writing style but again, the number of chapters depend on you guys. On what you wish to read.
Now, according to folklores in North East India, Arjun and Subhadra have a daughter named Bhargavi while Suthanu is the daughter of Yudhishthir and Draupadi. I've just used the same names and concept in my book.
Hope you enjoy reading this tale!!:))
