Preeti's POV

I sat there in front of the TV trying to calm myself.

I couldn't believe what they are showing in the Channel.

They are showing the footage how Mr.Brijesh Mehra threatened me.

Who did this?!How did they do it?As everyone says Miracle do happens.It happened so suddenly and surprisingly in a mysterious way.I took a deep breath and thought about Varun for a second.

"Where are you Varun?Why did you left me?"I mumbled.Suddenly a hand squeezed my shoulder and I lifted my head.I saw mom standing beside me with a worried expression on her face.I can read her eyes very well,they are soo gloomy.

I looked back at mom who is looking at me without a word.I saw dad glaring at me with a shocked face.I smiled at them still they looked so worried.How can I convince them that I don't do anything

"What is all this Preeti?!" Dad came to me and asked me in a serious tone pulling me out of my own wandering thoughts.

"I don't know dad,I didn't do any thing" I said shrugging my shoulders.

"Don't try to bluff Preeti" Dad warned me this time.

"Promise you Dad,I don't know any thing.I do went to meet that minister but I don't know who did this" I frowned.

"We are worried about you"Mom looked at me with a pale face.

"Mom I swear I did nothing" I looked at my parents.

"I gave him those evidences back for which his men created nuisance in our home.Believe me dad,mom.Please"I begged.

"Preeti,We believe you" Mom hugged me and dad caressed my hair.

I hugged them back and went to office.I went and occupied my chair.

"Hello!" I called Pradeep.

"Hello Preeti" He greeted me.

"Thank you soon much" I almost screamed.

"For what?!"He asked me as he doesn't know any thing.

"For what you did?For leaking those tapes to media" I got excited.

"But I didn't do it" He shocked me with his words.

"What?!"I asked him furrowing my forehead.

"Yes,I swear I didn't do it.Though I promised you that I will leak those CCtv footage to media but I failed in grabbing the footage.I couldn't convince the chief security.He denied to give those tapes to me on face.I wondered how you did it? How could you do this Preeti?I am really surprised at your determination.You are working so hard for Varun, his words. Love you,But take care they are too dangerous to tackle though for now it's a smart move."His words were like a small strom.What did he say?What did I do? How can a girl,a common citizen like me without any background anyone's help can do such a big string operation.

What happened to these people?Everyone is suspecting me including my parents.I took a deep breathe to calm down myself.But I am really happy that who ever may be he,he is helping me in achieving my Varun's goal.

I thanked him in my mind.

I started to my office and reached it in time.People started to look me like I am an alien.They are embarrassing me with their looks.I got a call from my boss soon I occupied my chair.

I went to his chamber and he lifted his head to glance at me.

He didn't say anything but placed a termination letter.

I guessed what it might be I wanted to confirm it on the spot.

"Why this sir?!"I asked very politely.

"I know this is an MNC,yet it too has some limitations and rules to be followed.The minister with whom you messed up is the IT minister and you would know what would happens now" He adjusted his spectacles on the nose bridge.

"Understood sir" I smiled and took that paper into my hand.

"Thank you Sir!"I smiled at him and came out of my office.

I looked around and started rambling on the roads.

I reached the park where I used to hangout all the time.

Media gathered around me and they are focusing their camera's on me.

They are posing several questions to me.I don't know what to say and I don't want to mess with that minister again.

I have already lost my Varun and my family members are in danger too.

I simply skipped most of their answers.

They haven't left any choice to me.

They are forcing me,budging me to say  something to make a controversy over it.I am choosing my words wisely yet sad thing is none is ready to believe me that I am no way related to this issue.They are not at all ready to accept me as an innocent.

I tried to push away those mikes and ran away from there.I ran away from there without any thought.I picked a bus and reached a place very near to my house.

I learnt that from this issue I am getting that unwanted attention from public.

I have to get rid of it.I don't want to be in the headlines of these yellow pages.

I walked to my house hastily.Suddenly someone hit my head.I got a sharp pain on my neck.Everything around me became so blank.I am breathing heavily to get some air.I am struggling with my eyes,my voice became screechy and I couldn't lift my arms and wave at people for help.I slumped there on the floor.

I placed my hand on my nape and noticed few blood drops on my hand.O screamed at the thought.

"Help me" I mustered all my courage and screamed.I heard few hefty foot steps.

Someone caught my hand and took me into his arms.I lost my conscious and everything went blank in the next moment.
