I woke up to the faint noises of people talking. When I opened my eyes, people were hovering over the bed.

"I thought she might've died." Sean looked at me and shrugged.

"Dude! She can hear you, idiot!"

I lightly laughed at Cooper's comment and sat up, gently moving Jace's arm so I could move.

"Thanks Riele."

When I stood up, I heard Jace grunt from behind me. I clasped my hand over mouth and watched as his mouth fell open.

Thankfully, he was still asleep.

"Do any of you know when Jace is able to be released?"

I hoped that it would be soon, or else we can't go to set. Well, Jace wouldn't be able too, but we might have too.

"I asked one of the nurses and they said either today or tomorrow, depending on how he feels." Cooper announced to us, walking into the room.

Jace grunted again, and I turned around to see him waking up, rubbing his eyes with his non-broken hand.

"How do you feel?" I asked him.

He lightly shrugged, "Not the greatest, but I feel good in a way."

I walked over to him and knelt on the ground beside his bed.

I took his bruised hand into mine, rubbing my thumb up and down the top of his hand.

I leaned forward and kissed it, letting my lips linger before pulling away.

"Do you think you're okay enough to have one of us take you back home?' I asked him.

"Yeah, I think so." He sat up, wincing and his face scrunched together.

Me, Riele and Sean stayed to help Jace get out of the bed. Cooper and Ella both went to go get Jace's release papers.

"Grab my shirt from the chair please!" Jace shouted from the bathroom.

I grabbed it and knocked on the door. "Here, I have it." He opened the door and I contained myself from staring at his toned chest.

"I know you want to stare, but I'll let it slide because I'm always staring at your stomach."

"Well, you have a reason to be. I'm pregnant. You aren't.

He laughed and kept the door opened while slowly putting his shirt on.

Riele and Sean were talking very discreetly by Jace's hospital bed. I furrowed my eyebrows and went over to them.

"She's obviously not going too."

"You don't know that."

"What am I not going to do?"

The two of them jumped as I spoke towards them. Their faces drained of color as they stared at me.

"Maybe you should tell Jace your feelings towards him. He seems happy that you're having a baby, so why not telling him how feel?" Sean shrugged his shoulders.

"Are you kidding me? He called me his best friend earlier. There's no way I can tell him that."

"it's worth a shot Kenz." Riele told me.

"What's worth a shot?" Jace asked as he came out of the bathroom.

I froze in place, my eyes squeezing togther. Never have I felt more awkward in a situation than I am right now.

"It's worth a shot to see if you're able to work?" I questioned myself.

I closed my eyes and walked straight out of the room to go find Ella and Cooper.

They were both still signing papers and talking with the receptionist about what Jace can and can't do.

Once Jace got released, Cooper and Liz took him back to his house as Sean, Ella and Riele followed me back to Cooper's house.

"How long are you going to hide this from him?" Ella asked as she sat in the edge of my bed.

I sighed, "Look, I've hid my pregnancy from him for almost a month. I can simply hide my feelings too."

"No you can't Mackenzie. Remember how well your pregnancy went? You don't want that, do you?"

"No, I don't. But he just found out about this, I don't want to put any more pressure on him."

Ella got frustrated, and so did Sean and Riele.

"You don't want him to find out on his own like he did with your pregnancy."

I threw my back onto my bed and placed my hands over my face. This is way harder than I thought it would be.

It's one thing being pregnant with your costars baby, but it's another when you have feelings for him.

"This is so hard guys. I'll tell him tomorrow I guess."

They agreed and left my room. This gave me plenty of time to figure out how I'm going to tell Jace this.

I grabbed my laptop and started to search up ways to tell your crush you like them. Yes, it's very elementary/middle school of me to do, but this is how I'm doing it.

jace:
will i see you tomorrow?

mackenzie:
only if you want to see me

jace:
i obviously wanna see you, that's why i'm asking lol

mackenzie:
okay i'll come over
but i need to tell you something tomorrow anyway

jace:
what is it, oh god you're not pregnant with twins are you??

mackenzie:
oh god no
but i'll see you and tell you tomorrow
goodnight jacey boy

jace:
i hate that but whatever
goonight kenz

I went to sleep with the thought of actually telling Jace tomorrow.
