A few days later...

Hiccup started to wonder if he was ever going to find that dragon that he shot down, What if i didnt really shoot down a dragon? What if it was just a bird? Doubting himself and angery he swiped at the tree branch infront of him only for it to hit him back in the face.

putting his hand over his eye where the branch wacked him, he looked at the branch a bit frustrated noticing that the dirt was all turned over and trees had deep claw marks on them, like a cats claw marks only thicker and much larger.

Following the path, he followed it to a large rock whichbehinde was a Night Fury!

Hiccups eyes widened as he saw the beast he had just shot down a few days ago, he actully did! He shot down a Night Fury!

Walking slowly to the dragon he couldnt help but to be amazed at himself, the others told him he never could, they laughed at him, called him useless and here he is infront of the dragon that he shot down.

Putting his foot on the dragons leg he got out his small knife, "I have brought down this beast!" a moment later the dragon moved that leg causing Hiccup to fall over against the rock. It was still alive.

The Night Fury had yellow-green eyes its pupils in slits, it stared at Hiccup, summoning his courage he walked next to the tied at dragon, he lifted up his knife above his head "I-I'm gonna cut out your heart and give it to my Father,because i am a VIKING!" Talking some encouraging words to himself. The dragon closed his eyes and dropped his head waiting for the killing blow, Hiccup closed his eyes aswell as he stabed the dragon into the heart.

The dragon stopped breathing a few seconds later, the dragon was dead.

"Oh my gods, I-I actully did it! I killed a dragon a Night Fury! im a viking!" He stoppedto looked at the dragon, he picked it up by the head, or at least tried to pick it up. He stopped he was way to weak to pick up this dragon it was more than twice his size! Hes going to need to get something from the blacksmith.
