(A/N: Day 2. Wedding bells.)

Hiccup's POV.

She looks so beautiful. I could've never imagined I would marry Astrid. Yes, the Astrid Hofferson.

How could I ever become so lucky? She's something special. The only one I want to marry. The only one I want to spend the rest of my life with. I want everything with her. A happy marriage, life, kids...a family.

I want to make her happy. To make her feel like the goddess she is. To spend each night and day beside her, watching over her, protecting her and supporting her.

She's my everything and if I lost her...I'm a goner too. I can't imagine my life without her and I wouldn't want a life without her.

She's my beautiful bride and I just want her to be beside me forever. Or, at least, for as long as we'll live. She's perfect.

I know the groom and the bride shouldn't see each other the day before the wedding but, we couldn't help it.

I can't last long without her. She's my rock. My everything.

Last night, she walked into my room, - our room - and she laid down beside me, staying there and drawing circles on my pare chest with her pointer. Her head was laying on my shoulder and one of her legs was laying over mine.

It couldn't have been more perfect.

No words were said. There wasn't a need to say any words. We both knew what the other thought about.

Five years ago, when we first got together, I really hoped we would last. Weeks turned into months and months turned into years and today, we're finally getting married.

We're just twenty but I don't care. We're old enough to do whatever we want. And, I'm the chief after my father passed away, saving my life three months ago.

Astrid stood by my side everyday. She was comforting me when I needed her. She never left my side.

She's my significant other and I wouldn't want it any other way.

I feel her hand on my cheek and without me noticing, we're already passed vows and she had already said her, "I do."

"Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III, do you take Astrid Hofferson to be your lawfully wedded wife?"

"I do."

"You may now kiss the bride."

I smiled at Astrid, pulled her towards me, dipped her down and kissed her. She wrapped her arms around my neck and right then, I knew we would last.

I promise we will.
