My phone's not low so I can update! *does happy dance*... Well,anyways, I reviewed the last chapter, "Chapter 15~A Project You'll Never Forget" and I stared at the screen for the whole 30 seconds, well not really, but SERIOUSLY... You bombarded the comments box!! xD So y'all are really hardcore shippers,eh? There's a plot twist coming up so keep an eye out!}

I was arranging my room when I came across a cabinet, I slid it open and saw a dusty box.

I became suspicious and looked at it closely.

'This has never been here before.' I thought to myself.

My conscience is killing me so I hesitantly grabbed the box and blew away the dust.

It was marked, "DunBroch History".

I opened the lid and saw papers. There are also pictures kept inside the box.

I searched through the papers and saw a photo.

It was a picture of....ME.

This was me when I was little! And that's mom and that's...DAD.

I felt something warm on my cheeks and then I realized that my tears are pouring heavily.

I never saw my dad,actually. My mom said we were on a vacation but the airplane we were on board was about to crash and luckily, me and my mom were saved on a parachute but my dad was left behind.

I scrunched on the thought.

What if he still was here?! Would he be proud of me for doing great in school?

Someone then barged in my room.

I suddenly wiped away my tears and wore my sunglasses.

"Is the sun in your eyes,honey?" Mom asked.

"Uhh... No,mom. Just taking another selfie." I laughed nervously.

"Well,okay then. Hurry up,though! It's almost time for school." She said.

"Mom?"

"Yes,dear?"

"You still love dad,right? You still believe he's still out there?" I asked, hopeful.

"Why...Y-yes. Why-why did you ask?" She stuttered.

"Nothing,mom. Just confirming." I casually said and she went out.

I sighed to myself and just let the music calm me down, but somehow, it made me cry more.

Back when I was a child...

Before life removed all the innocence.

M: H-hello?

C: It's me,Cindy! Your childhood bestfriend!

M: Cin? IS THAT REALLY YOU?!

C: No I'm just an alien...Pfft.

M: *laughs* Well,I miss you bheztie.

C: Oh, I am too! I miss you SOOO much! Wait-HEY! Are you crying again?

M: NO! No...I'm just...Oh alright. I saw this box containing our family's history and I came across my father's photo.

C: Uh-huh. I can see that. Well CHEER UP! I'm goin' to Greendale!

M: Seriously?!?

C: Totally!

M: O...MY...GOOFIN' GLOBBERS THAT'S AMAZING! Well,gotta go now,Cin. Bye!

C: Bye! Love ya!..

*end call*

I took one last glance of the box. Dad has really been a big piece that got tossed out of my life.

I took one picture in one hand and kept it in my bag.

{Timeskip...}

"Hey Merida!"

"Hey princess,wanna go out sometimes?"

"Eew no! She's out of your league,dude."

Those were the ones that greeted me in my gloomy day.

Suddenly, there was a large impact and I fell down.

My world was then eaten up and all I can see is total darkness.

I tried to get up from my bed.

....WAIT...

BED?!

Something's wrong here. I rubbed my face with my palm when I felt something warm on my hands.

My eyesight is still a blur but I adjusted to the light and saw... BLOOD. ON MY HANDS.

Where did this come from?! Oh yeah,right. I rubbed my head earlier so that's why--WHAT?!

THERE IS BLOOD ON MY HEAD?!

"Ms. DunBroch,I see you are awake. You fell down when someone bumped you HARD." The school nurse said, glaring at a guilty Snotlout behind her.

"Look,Merida I am so sorry. I was distracted by your lovely face that I was paralyz--"

"ENOUGH OF YOUR LUNACY!" I screamed at him.

"Mr. Jorgenson, you can go to your class now." The nurse told him.

"Merida, the strong impact caused a part of your brain to move inside the skull. It will be fine if your head doesn't go through bumps NOR the simplest of accidents. It is very close to have an injury but you will be fine. Just be careful. You can call me Nurse Erin, by the way."

She told me and gave a faint smile.

"Oh. Thank you. But, can I still join the Acro-Club?" I asked her.

"Oh no, miss. Very sorry to tell you that." She said, sadly.

My eyes glinted to a sad angle. I can't join the Acro-Club anymore?! Like... FOREVER?

The nurse let me out of the room and I kept my head safe. Of course with a bandage. Heh.

"Whoa... so you're a nerd now?" Kolly asked me.

Whoa... so they only judge me of how I look? Slow clap,people. This girl needs an Oscar.

I ignored her and went straight to my BMW.

The experts told me to rest for now so I went home.
