Hiccup and Astrid was on they way to the café to get something to eat. Hiccup always skipped lunch so he hasn't been there before.
Astrid said something and he begun to laugh. It was wonderful having a friend again, after all these years.

Someone gripped Astrid arm and spun her around, Hiccup right behind. It was Gobber.
"Lad, why did you broke Snotlouts arm today? That is not okay behaviour!" He said in a strict voice but Astrid did not flinch. She stood up to Hiccup.
"He punched Hiccup to the floor!" She raised her voice and everyone stop talking to see what was going on.
"Nonsense why would he? You never lied before don't start now miss Hofferson! Stand up to what you have done. Stay after school ends."
Gobber said and walked into the staff room, closing the door.
Everyone shrugs and start talking again.

Hiccup who has been quiet speak up.
"I'm sorry." He whisper and start to tear up.
She smile and turn to him, placing her hands on his shoulders and shaking him , making him look up.
"It's alright. Not the first time honestly."
He smiled back, relived that she forgave him.
Her hands leaving his shoulders.
"You stood up to me." He whisper and she beam at him.
"Of course. You are my first friend."
"What? Don't you have friends?"
She sadly shake her head than smile.
"Well, I got you."
Hiccup beam, bigger than possible.
"And I am thankful for that."
She gave him a quick hug, making him blush.
"Come on, lets eat before Snotlout and his "gang" comes here."
She makes a " with her fingers and laugh, making Hiccup smile.
"Yeah lets go."
Astrid lay a arm around his shoulders as they walked into the café.
"What food is it?"
"Chicken stew."
