° junpei has dyed strawberry blond hair that he usually keeps short and styled in a sort of messy but cool look . he naturally has dark brown eyes but they usually have a slight gold tinge to them because of the comtacts he chooses to wear for his myopia . it's not uncommon for his eyes to be shadowed with dark eye circles from lack of sleep and maybe even slightly bloodshot . he's naturually quite pale and struggles with tanning , often getting sunburnt instead . he does work out on his off days and goes for usual morning runs but it gives him more of a lean built rather than an overly muscular one .

- he has one weakness that would render him completely useless , axton . if axton were to ever hate him , his world would entirely fall apart , for so long he's just been relying on axton's words and so for the other to disregard him , it would be a fate worse than dying

° initially , jun appears just like any other friendly guy . he's sociable and easy going and gives the impression he gets along with everybody , from quiet ones to those who are more opinionated . it's clear he's a thinker and therefore he always has something to say . he's well respected in his company for how much of a hard worker he is and for being incredibly reliable and dependable . he's somehow able to patiently deal with the hardest of clients and manave his work life balance well enough to always cook for himself and work out , it's incredibly impressive . he often tells other of his background , that he was very poor growing up but is now living more than comfortably and it allows others to respect him and admire his hardworking nature . yet at the same time , it's ironic because despite how open he is about his growth , he always somehow manages to skirt around topics he doesn't like like what is mother like now , where was his father etc. it's clear that he's hiding things purposely . and for very good reasons .
° because despite being the above , he's also a rather . . . odd guy . for starters , he has a very obssessive personality and not even in a healthy way and it all stems around axe . to jun , axe is everything . his source of motivation , his saviour , his weakness . it was axe who even motivated him to strive for more in life and therefore he feels the need to compensaye everything to axe but at the same time , he holds a darker more possessive desire to keep axe and to not share him . it's irrational and stupid but he can't help but selfishly cling on to that idea . he's also narrow minded in the sense that he only ever sticks to his own morales and ideas of what is right . he's got a twisted sense of right and wrong but he has his own version and therefore won't betray them . it makes him stubborn and unwilling to change even if its to improve himself because well , he likes the way he is now . everything he's done up to this point has been for axton and it's worked so far so he doesn't see a need to change it even if it means having to lie to others and hide his more sinister and cruel side .
° other than that , he has a general apathy towards others that aren't axton even if he does appear nice to them . he does have violent mood swings that he tends to hide from everyone , including axton . he also surprisingly takes his job quite seriously . his thought process is that because he loves axton , this axton , the axton that's world famous and has tons of adoring fans , he wants to preserve this axton but at the same time he struggles with this because he wants axton for himself but then , it's no longer this axton . perhaps once he was just another deluded fan but now after getting closer to axton , he's not just a deluded fan , he's an actual confidant who is well aware of what axton is like and is still crazy over him because it is " axton " . it's unfortunate that in order to preserve him , he has to restrain himself .

BACKSTORY
° jun was born into a very poor family , power failures and outages were common and so were his moms frequent outbursts . he never knew of his dad but he does know he looks a lot like him and it would cause his mom to randomly lasj out at him , cursing at him thinking he was his father and then hugging him and crying , sometimes out of guilt for her son and sometimes because she misses his dad . it confused him greatly but it was just part of his life . growing up was hard but he had always been rather hardworking and luckily , lucky enough that good grades were consistent in his life . okay , it was especially hard and he struggled with his own mixed emotions that came from always dealing with his own mother . he despised her inability to move on from his father and feared turning out the same and then , he saw one of the early videos of axton performing and it was like he was hooked . at first he despised this boy on screen too for having such a comfortable life but then he gradually started watching him out of genuine interest in his life and he found axton to be interesting . he was hardworking but kind and clearly talented and some words he said just rang so true in jun that he began to care for this stranger and it wasn't far before he started to live for axton as well . he grew determined to turn his life around and become a better person who was well suited to being around axton and he dreamt of the day he could meet him . it wasn't all just dreams too , he knew he had to follow social norms and he couldn't  just harrass axton , no he would take his time and find his way there . and he did , years later,  he managed to join a company linked to axton's and he proved himself so much that when the old manager retired , he stepped up and took his place which brings us to now .
