No one pov

Obanai lowers his head while sitting on his bed. He did want to know what happened to Giyuu. At this point, Obanai did miss Giyuu which is kinda weird to him since he doesn't have much friends. It was like Giyuu was one of the only people who understood Obanai. He sighs and gets up to feed Kaburamaru. Kaburamaru was slithering across Obanai's desk have the time of his life.

'You really do enjoy sliding around my desk, don't you Kaburamaru?' Obanai whispers. Kaburamaru hisses with pure delight. Obanai grabs a bag of snake food and feeds it to Kaburamaru. He watches as Kaburamaru starts to devour food. 'I wish you were human.. Maybe we could have an actual good talk with you were Kabby?' Obanai tells Kaburamaru.

Kaburamaru pokes Obanai's hand with his tongue. Obanai pets Kaburamaru head gently make sure he's comfortable. Then he gets a text message.

Salami- Short head?

Obanai picks up his phone and sees Sanemi calling him short head. . .

Ssss- What eyebrowless?

Salami- What are you doing?

Ssss- Literally nothing

Salami- Can I come over?

Ssss- WHAT?! NO!

Salami- Why not?

Ssss- My mom is gonna kill me

Salami- What even if up with your mom? What about your dad?

Obanai felt his heart being stun by Sanemi saying dad. He had a dad.

Salami- U alr?

Ssss- Huh? What?

Salami- What happened?

Ssss- What?

Salami- nvm

Ssss- I could try coming over to your place?

Salami- That would be appreciated 😊

Ssss- Stop.

Sanemi stares at the message kinda shocked Obanai did so. He then gets ready to let Obanai stay over at his place by grabbing one pillow for Obanai. Like the good friend he is, Sanemi searches through his crusty clothes pile and grabs a towel for Obanai. Then Sanemi drops the towel and the one pillow on the ground, next to his bed. Sanemi stares at the musty towel and the one pillow next to his bed.

'MAN I'M SUCH A GOOD FRIEND!' Sanemi screams out loud. 'The fuck did you just say Sanemi?!' Obanai screams. Sanemi stares at Obanai with utter confusion. 'How did you get in my house?!' Sanemi asks

'You left your door unlocked.' Obanai responds. 'Oh.' Sanemi says awkwardly. Obanai stares looking at Sanemi and the blanket. This goes on for about 30 seconds. 'Is that where I sleep?' Obanai says pointing at the one pillow and towel. 'Yes it is.' Sanemi tells Obanai very seriously. 'Well aren't you a good friend?' Obanai responds

'So uhm.' Sanemi says. Suddenly Kaburamaru starts hissing at a tree. 'What the hell Kaburamaru?' Obanai scolds. Kaburamaru continues hissing at the tree. 'Let's ignore my snake hissing at a tree and do something else.' Obanai tells Sanemi. 'Well weren't you going to explain something to me?' Sanemi ask.

It took a few seconds for Obanai to try and remember what he was going to say. 'My mom?' Obanai asks unsure. 'I believe so.. Why is your mom going to kill you for leaving?' Sanemi ask. Obanai shrugs. 'Can't really say can I Sanemi?' Obanai tells him.

'It's better to have a mom then to not honestly.' Sanemi mutters. Obanai looks at Sanemi just realizing he didn't have a mom. 'Oh well I'm sorry for your loss.' Obanai says awkwardly. Sanemi sighs and looks at Obanai. 'Oh and by the way I'm not sleeping with the one pillow or that towel.' Obanai mentions

'No you are.' Sanemi tells him. 'YOU should sleep with the one pillow and towel! Not me!' Obanai tells Sanemi. 'Plus I'm not sleeping on your musty sofa! That pile of clothes is enough to scare the shit out of Kaburamaru!' Obanai yells. When Obanai mentioned Kaburamaru, Kaburamaru looks at Obanai.

'Why were you hissing at a tree?' Obanai whispers to Kaburamaru. Kaburamaru hisses with confusion and something that sounded like, 'honestlyidunnothisroomissouglythetreeistheonlythingamusingaboutthisroom' Sanemi blinks looking at Obanai. 'Why are you so short.' Sanemi accidentally blurts out.

Obanai glares at Sanemi. 'What the fuck did you just say?' Obanai asks. 'You look like a midget.' Sanemi teases Obanai. It was only a matter of time Obanai grabbed the one pillow and smacked it into Sanemi's face. Then Sanemi grabs his pillow and smacks Obanai with it in the most aggressive way. 'Wow who knew you hit hard?' Obanai teases.

Sanemi scoffs. 'Well you almost knocked me to the ground with the one pillow and your like 5'4.' Sanemi teases. 'Oh shut it grandma haired bastard.' Obanai scoffs. Sanemi then ruffles Obanai's hair is a gay way. Obanai blushes a little under his mask. 'What was that for?!' Obanai asks still blushing. 'Honestly.. I don't know.' Sanemi responds

Sanemi looks out the window and looks back at Obanai. 'We should sleep.' Sanemi says stern. 'It's like 7:05pm? When do you normally sleep? 7:00?' Obanai asks. 'I sleep pretty late but for some reason today I'm feeling tired.' Sanemi says looking at Obanai. 'Hm.. Alright then. But with your crusty towel and that one pillow!' Obanai tells Sanemi angerily.

'Well too bad.' Sanemi says. Obanai scoffs and kicks the towel away from the one pillow. Obanai then sits on the ground as Kaburamaru starts slithering down his arm. 'Make sure your snake doesn't do anything bad on my lovely floor.' Sanemi tells Obanai. 'Oh I won't.'

Kaburamaru then slithers to the towel and gets comfy on it. 'Not surprised.' Obanai says. Sanemi stares as the snake starts to get weirdly comfortable on his musty dusty busty crusty towel. 'You going to sleep on the floor. No blanket. And with the one pillow?!' Sanemi says kinda surprised.

'Do you have memory loss or something?! You gave me this!' Obanai tells him. 'And plus, I'm way too tired to argue with you.' Sanemi stares and gets on bed while Obanai lays on the one pillow. Sanemi tries not to think about Obanai awkwardly laying on the coldish floor and him SLEEPING on it.

~5 hours later~

It's 2am and Sanemi woke up suddenly for no reason. He then sits on his bed and tries looking around his dark room. Sanemi couldn't see a single thing. He then hears faint and quiet snores. Sanemi rubs his eyes and looks next to him, only seeing darkness. He then tries squinting very hard, looking down on the floor. He sees a faint faint black and white striped jacket on the floor.

Sanemi then realizes it was Obanai sleeping on the floor with his mask on still, practically suffocating.

Chapter 20 spoiler?!!!!?!!! (Jk it's just something)

Kanae stares at the bloody floor where Kanao lied while holding the same knife she used to kill Giyuu and Sabito. Aoi and Shinobu stares at Kanae with complete shock in both of their eyes.

Whoops made the ending a lil dark 🤭

For explanation of Kanae killing Kanao since it won't be mentioned in Chapter 20, it was similar to Genya seeing Sanemi killing their mother without knowing. Kanao screamed at Kanae, calling her a murderer because it was clear Kanae killed someone. Kanao WAS going to call the police but Kanae had no other options but to kill Kanao so she did with the knife in her backpack. Kanae didn't want to get arrested so she killed Kanao. And for Aoi and Shinobu being there, they heard Kanao scream Murderer so they headed to the source of the sound which was conveniently Kanae's room and saw Kanae and a dead Kanao.
