Me: *sweat-drops* o-okkiee..? I found two theories from the net, yeah, I'm not very creative in making theories, sorry. The first one is "Sa- is from |Sa|suke , Ra- is from Saku|Ra| and finally, Da - is from I|ta|chi, 'ta' from Itachi is converted to 'da', I forgot how tho.
The second one was the vegetables and all, but I don't think it's a possible theory, for me anyway. So I chose the first, its theory is kinda cute, you can probably search it
