Chapter 3: Albero Cielo

The greenette and blond headed up the road, to the dirt road branching off from the tar one.  After walking up the dirt road for a few minutes, a house came into view.  The house was simple.  Made of white bricks that were covered with green ivy.  The roof was had red tiles with a chimney poking out.
The two headed towards the brick house and knocked on the wooden door.  There were sounds of movement inside, then the wooden door swung open, revealing a white-haired boy with calm dark-blue eyes.  He wore a white long-sleeved shirt with a black t-shirt underneath, along with a pair of cargo jeans.
"Ciao, Akihito, Izaak." The boy said with a slight Italian accent.
"Ciao, Cielo!" Akihito smiled brightly to the snowy-haired teen.
"Sup, Cielo."  Izaak gave a lazy two-fingered salute.
"Come on in."
The two visitors walked into the house and to the living room, seating themselves on the white couch beside the wall.  Cielo brought out some tea, which Akihito smiled in thanks to the other while Izaak nodded to white-haired teen.  After sipping the tea for a while, Akihito spoke.
"How are you legs?"
"Hm?  Ah, fine, fine."
Cielo rolled up his cargo jeans, showing legs attached with high tech gadgets.  There were black strips of metal that ran from the snow-haired teen's hips to the soles of his feet.  Blue light glowed from the black strips of metal, showing that it was working.
"No limit in movement whatsoever.  All thanks to you, I can walk now."
"Hahaha!  No need for praise; just doing what's natural for a friend, no?" Akihito laughed.
"Hn.  Well, what did you bring today?"
"Ah!  Well, I brought a few new ideas on guns and gears."
Akihito brought out two blueprints from his backpack and showed them to Cielo.  Cielo chose the one that was closest to him and unrolled it.  His blue eyes looked at the neatly drawn diagrams and directions of the blueprints.  He was once again awed by the new designs of the guns.  Akihito chuckled at the sparkles in Cielo's eyes, as the snow-haired teen looked at the other blueprint.
"I built one of them already.  Its name is 'Silver Arrow'."
Akihito brought out a bunch of parts from his bag.  Izaak, who observed the interactions between the greenette and the snow-haired teen, idly wondered if Akihito's bag had some sort of spell to have an infinite amount of space.
Quickly, Akihito placed the pieces together, creating a large sniper rifle.  The rifle was black, with a few silver pieces.  The name of the rifle was also in silver, written along the long tube of the rifle.  Cielo picked it up and started to head to a metal door.
"Shall we test it out?"
"Haha!  Okay, but use normal sniper bullets please."
"Hn."
Cielo pushed the door open, showing a shooting ground.  After finding a target at a suitable range, the snow-haired teen went onto his stomach and adjusted the sniper rifle in his hands.  He closed one eye as he gazed into the rifle scope.  Cielo took a deep breath and released it, gaze sharpening at his target.  He pulled the trigger.
BANG!
The sound echoed off the steel walls.  Everyone looked at the target.  Bull's-eye.
"Hahaha!  Nice shot Cielo!"
"Not bad, Nebo." (O.D.D.- Nebo means sky in Russian.  Since Izaak's from Russia, Nebo is the nickname for Cielo--also sky in Italian. ;))
"Hn.  The rifle is comfortable enough; in fact, too comfortable."
"Eeeh?  Is that bad?"
"No, it's perfect."
"Haha!  Good!  I'm happy that it's to your liking!"
Cielo stood up, placing the sniper rifle on his right, bottom part down.
"It's very light too.  Good for changing positions."
"Heheh.  I was thinking that you would like to travel lightly."
"Hmm, thanks."
"I'll start building the other one; you can name them."
"Decimo Falco."
"Hm?  Haha!  Tenth Hawk?  Interesting!"
"Is it strange?"
"Nah.  Just interesting."
Akihito grinned brightly at his sniper friend as they went out of the shooting ground.  The two visitors, Akihito and Izaak, grabbed their school bags and headed to the door, only to be stopped by Cielo, who had a hand firmly placed on Akihito's left shoulder.  Cielo's blue eyes were narrowed, but face still impassive.
"Why are you injured?"
Akihito froze noticeably and was about to answer, when Izaak beat him to it.
"Bullies."
Cielo's eyes narrowed further into slits.
"Where?"  And now Cielo was using his demonic voice; another bad sign.  Akihito waved his hands around frantically, knowing very well that Cielo wouldn't hesitate in putting a bullet in his bullies' heads.
"Eeeh~We'll, I don't have their addresses, but you can come to school tomorrow, Cielo~!"
The blonde smirked sadistically at the Italian.
"So be it.  It will also be good practice for this new rifle."
Akihito, on the other hand, was regretting on giving his sniper friend his newest weapon.
'Oh no.  The school will be a massacre scene!'  Akihito cried in his head.  Izaak nodded his head in approval to Cielo's words and grabbed Akihito's arm and proceeded in dragging the greenette out of the house.  The snowy-haired teen waved at the retreating figures from the door of his house.  The Italian boy went back inside and gave a small devilish smile to no one in particular.
'Can't wait to find those brats who hurt Akihito.'
A few miles aways, a group of people felt a shiver go up their spine.
~~
"Sooo...Where have you been and what happened to you?"
The suit-wearing assassin was currently standing in front of Akihito, pointing a gun at the other's head.
"Hahaha!  Now, now, Corvino-san!"
The greenette smiled nervously, eyeing the finger on the trigger of the man before him.  Corvino growled in response, but lowered the pistol.
"Look at yourself!  You look like you were mauled by a bear!"
"Hahaha!  Well, I just fell down the stairs!"
"Fell down the stairs?  From what floor?  The 100th?"
Corvino rolled his eyes as he spoke sarcastically to the greenette before him.
"W-Well it was quite a long fall..."
"Shut up already."
Akihito bowed his head and fidgeted nervously in his seat.  Corvino was now using his demonic voice, the temperature of the room lowering.
"Tell me which brats did this to you."
"15 of them, and they're all in his class."  Izaak responded, body leaning on a nearby wall.
"Heh, and I expect that you beat them?"
"Of course.  Although, Cielo is coming over tomorrow...want to join the hunt, Corvino-san?"
The lightning mage smirked devilishly at the tall man that stood before Akihito, and the man returned a similar smirk; only darker.
"Oh, would I?  Sounds like fun."
Akihito, even though being the bully victim, couldn't help but pray for his bullies' safety during the next day at school.
