because your life is important and you are worth so much

I want everyone to stay alive like you should, and live up to your own expectations.

don't look at something and say "oh well, this is the best I can do."

because you're worth more than you think.

look at yourself !

your lips! do you know how many people would cheerish your smile? how many people would love to hear your voice?

your legs! how many people would have at least the smallest of pleasure exploring places you've been?

your stomach! when you laugh so hard it starts to hurt? do you understand how much those moments mean to people who can make you laugh?

your eyes! the beauty of your eyes and everything you've seen? I know you've seen some great things in your life, and you're greatful for seeing it.

you are precious, lovelies. even if you think you're worthless and unimportant. at your darkest hour, remember that there is another reason to be alive.

if you needed to hear this, you should remember :

I'm so proud of you for how far you've gotten. you're alive right now and you've been strong enough to get through your hard times. I'm so proud.

you're smart enough for whatever problem you're going through thayoconfuses your brain. just because you're going through something hard does not mean you should give up. the satisfactory when you've officialy gotten over it will feel amazing. you are smart enough.

suicide should not be a solution or at least an option. you're stronger than whatever is bringing you down. talk to whoever you're comfortable with - including me. I'm here for you, lovelies.
