Theme: (Normal) Prc--A Silent Voice
--------------------------------
Katsuki grumbled as he walked home, his ash blonde hair was ruffled and messier than it usually is. Suddenly, he saw a truck in front of the house next to his. A woman, the age of 35 or 40 bowed slightly to the movers and waved goodbye as they drove off.
Katsuki ignored them and continued on his way to his own home and opened the door, his eyes narrowing. "Old hag! Do we have new neighbors or some shit?" his voice was slightly strained from the amount of yelling he had done prior.
"Damn it, Katsuki! Stop calling your mother an Old Hag! I'm only thirty-nine!" his mother called back from the kitchen. Katsuki furrowed his eyebrows, that still pretty old!
"But yes, we do have new neighbors and I hope you don't scare them away as you did with the other ones with your constant yelling!" Mitsuki, Katsuki's mother, argued as she appeared before her son.
Katsuki grew agitated, "I wouldn't be yelling all the time if it weren't for you!! How about you move out so dad and I can finally get some peace and quiet!!" he retorted. Just as they got ready to hit each other, Masaru ran in between them.
"Please stop fighting! We don't want to scare away our neighbors already!" just as he brown-haired male said that the doorbell rang. Katsuki separated from his mother and walked to his room ignoring the calls of his parents to meet the neighbor.
----------------
It was late, past Katsuki's normal bedtime schedule but it was for a good reason. He was looking for any flaws in his costume design that would be fixed later. His window was openand he let the cool night air pool in letting his hot room be at a cool temperature during the night so he can sleep peacefully.
Getting bored, Katsuki looked up only to see a girl.
She was in the neighbor's house, she could be the woman's daughter. He had caught snippets of their conversation and the woman confessed that they had to move because of bullying so it was only right to think that she had a kid.
Looking at the girl, her soft blush pink hair, pale skin, and rosy cheeks. He growled thinking about he described her as. "Disgusting..." he mumbled.
The girl seemed unaffected as she didn't notice him. Her hazel eyes were focused on something on her desk. Smiling with content, she held up her so-called masterpiece only to notice the boy across the window staring at her. She blushed, fumbling with the item.
"Tch..." Katsuki clicked his tongue and was about to close his window when the girl grabbed something and an expo marker. Their houses were close to the point that Katsuki could explode his way over her window or for them hear each other yelling.
He crossed the idea out of his head, nope, not today.
Katsuki shook his head slightly and saw the girl writing something down.
Her blush pink hair shifted ever so slightly with the more she wrote.
'Hey, Neighbor!'
Katsuki closed his window and shut his blinds leaving the girl without a response.
-----------------
A couple of days have passed and Katsuki continued to ignore the girl. She would keep her sign up until the boy would close his blinds or curtains and each day, the girl got up less and less to greet him. As if she forgot he was there.
It irritated him to no end.
Finally having enough of the girl's attitude. He kept his window open, grabbed a whiteboard and marker and was ready.
Waiting.
Waiting.
Waiting.
And...waiting.
He growled. And was about to close his window only to hear a quiet slam and a thud from his neighbor. Looking at the girl with an unamused glare. He watched as she placed something on her desk which seemed to be a small case and grabbed her whiteboard.
Glancing at the ash-blonde and then to her whiteboard.
Her eyes lit up drastically and Katsuki smirked as he wrote a single sentence.
Hey, neighbor.
