It's been almost six years since Jimin knew Minjeong through Instagram. It's also been more than two years since the two had this lovely relationship. It's been nearly a year since they lived together in the instafamous house.
Also, six months after their sudden engagement as a result of the nonsense that Jimin spread out to her lecturer peers on that site visit trip that night.
Almost all lecturers on the campus knew that the young woman was engaged.
Despite the people knew that the young lecturer is now engaged, Jimin never publicly spread who the love of her life is. The only picture of Minjeong she posted on her Instagram was a blurry photo of them laughing, and it wasn't that dependable for the public's knowledge. Other than that is only a picture of their hands, their backs, and their legs.
The public other than the campus communities themselves never really knew who Winter actually is.
Jimin is now a full-time lecturer in the college, teaching Pathology of Arts as her main subject. While Minjeong is currently on a writing spree after a story she wrote right after she graduated pleased one of the most well-known publishers in the country.
How did she become an author? The answer is pretty easy. All these years, while being in love with Jimin, she secretly writes about her life, making a femslash story manuscript. When Jimin accidentally found it on the younger's laptop, she keep saying it was a work of art.
Her fiancée was the one who insisted she emails them, and who knows they liked it.
Despite being a writer now, Minjeong is still Minjeong.
Introvert, secretive, quiet. No one knows the real identity behind the Winter M. K pen name. All did they know is the writer is a young woman. No picture, no name, no details. Nothing.
It is just Winter M. K.

It is just another normal weekday and Jimin woke up to go to work as usual. When she shifted on their bed, the younger girl beside her was awake as well when her eyes fluttered open. The first thing they did in the morning was smiling at each other sheepishly.
Despite being in the relationship for almost three years, they are still acting so childish around each other.
Young love.
They took a shower together, it's kind of normal by now. At first, when they did that, Minjeong was extremely shy about the idea. But familiar enough by now, she would let Jimin wash her up under the water, sometimes not letting the younger girl do anything.
Jimin is the one who usually leads her, and Minjeong didn't mind.
After putting on their cloth, Jimin leans in for a sweet cuddle and love pecks on her fiance's lips. Their face is all sunshine before Jimin slowly released her from the hug as time ticks for her to leave the house for work.
"See you later and love you, babe", the older girl smiled towards Minjeong as she twisted the doorknob.
Minjeong hugged herself, already feeling the loss from her fiancee's touch. She smiled one last time with her cute attics, her eyes formed into a crescent moon.
"Love you too", Minjeong sneered.
Unlike Jimin who was working, despite being an author, Minjeong worked from home. As a graduated art student, being an artist for the time being will be a bit hard for her since the agreements for the tiny studio she and Jimin choose haven't yet been confirmed.
All she needs to do is to wait a bit longer.
Her best friend, Ningning is also working in the same job scope. Only is that Ningning focused more on her painting rather than renting a studio for her artwork. She sells them to suit her client's tastes, and Minjeong promised her friend that once she's settled with the studio, she'll let Ningning join her team.
On the other way, Jimin's best friend, also Ningning's girlfriend, Aeri is now the head clerk in the same college they went to. So pretty much to their liking, Minjeong can still meet Ningning as regularly as before, and Jimin can still keep in touch with Aeri at the college.
It was kind of luck.
Minjeong put on her glasses since her eyesight wasn't that good. Plus, working as a secretive author for almost three months now somehow hurts her eyes from seeing her laptop screen too much. If it is not because of her manuscript, Minjeong could take care of her eyes better.
The keyboard on her laptop clacks, and after long hours, Minjeong moved her eyes to the clock on the wall. It's almost ten in the morning and she didn't have her breakfast yet. She facepalmed herself for being forgetful sometimes.
Suddenly, the thoughts flashed inside her mind.
"Oh, great. Jimin didn't have her's either", Minjeong sighed, feeling a bit guilty.
She put her laptop to sleep, took off her glasses before heading straight to the kitchen. Living with Jimin has taught Minjeong lots of cooking skills. The older girl was good at it, and Minjeong intended to learn.
Minjeong thought it will be good for her fiancée's future, and the idea makes her flash a small lovely smile.
She took some ingredients out of the fridge in order to cook something for both of them. She knew well that her fiance won't be able to have her lunch today since she had a class to teach from eleven to one in the afternoon, and the idea to let hunger haunt the love of her life somehow left Minjeong in distraught.
She tried to cook diligently despite being not so good at it. The visual sucks, she knew. But at least, the taste is perfect. People say, don't judge a book by its cover, and Minjeong's cooking is what Jimin liked the most after their engagement.
She packed Jimin's lunch inside a food container before she eat hers in front of the television in their living room, watching some recent Korean dramas on air.
It's just three hours since Jimin left the house, but Minjeong can't wait to meet her already.

Sometimes she forgot that she used to be a student here.
Sometimes she also forgot that her finance is an instafamous.
Sometimes she also forgot that almost the whole college knew about their relationship.
Now, she realized how many eyes had been staring at her as she walks through the building, on her way to Jimin's office.
Sometimes she forgot how introverted she is because Jimin keeps making her forget that she is.
But the problem is Jimin wasn't here, by her side like always when she walks through crowds of people. Minjeong can only find an escape by staring at the floor until she is able to meet her fiance later.
Don't look at people's eyes, don't hear what they say, even tho Minjeong knows they didn't mean any harm to her.
After a few minutes of walks that felt like hours, she knocks on her fiance's door but received no answers. She looks at the time on her phone screen, it is almost one. Jimin should be done with her class already.
Instead of waiting outside, Minjeong pulls out the spare key Jimin had given her, twisted the doorknobs open before closing the door shut again when she entered. Her first step inside the room was met with a piece of envelope on the floor. Someone might slip it under the door for Jimin, Minjeong thought.
The view of Jimin's neat office table sends Minjeong blushing so hard, remembering a shameful act they did there last week. How Jimin pinned her on the table. How she made Minjeong feel so good that day. How she needs to cover her mouth so hard, afraid that they'll be busted from their voice.
The memories are so vivid, and Minjeong tried to fan the memories off with her hand.
She placed the food on the table before landing her butt on the two-seated couch at the corner of the room. While Minjeong distracted herself with her manuscript, she heard the clicks from someone's shoes outside before the keyhole clicked.
Jimin entered the room, surprised by the sudden appearance of her fiancée. But it doesn't mean that she hates it. Minjeong being there could bring the most childish act out of the older girl, Jimin guarantee that.
"What are you doing here?", Jimin asked with a big smile on her face before setting down her bag on her office table. She took her seat right next to her fiancée, circling her arms around her waist possessively, enjoying the scent on the younger girl's neck as she rested her head on her shoulder.
"You didn't have your breakfast, and your class ended at one. Your stomach will act up if you didn't eat anything, so I cooked and came", Minjeong explained before pointing her finger to the container on the table. But the older couldn't care less. Minjeong there was beyond her liking.
She loves her, a lot.
When Jimin peppered kisses the younger girl on her neck, Minjeong giggles at how ticklish it made her. Jimin smiled in victory. Minjeong's cute voice just refilled her energy to the fullest.
"Oh, yeah. Someone slipped an envelope under your door. It must be important", Minjeong reminded and her fiance lifted her head up in confusion.
"Someone did?", she asked.
"Yeah. I put it on your table".
Jimin peppered kissing her one last time before she made her way to her table. She didn't intend to open the envelope so soon. All she want to do right now is eat the food the younger girl had prepared for her.
"What's inside here?", Jimin asked with a smile, lifting the container up before shaking it gently while looking at Minjeong in curiosity.
"Pork cutlet. Trust me, it is ugly", Minjeong nodded her head on purpose, but Jimin didn't buy her words when she walks back in the younger girl's direction with her laughs.
"I bet the taste will be beautiful like you", she winked, and Minjeong hardly blushed at the words. Why?
Sometimes, Jimin's mouth has no filters when it comes to her adoration for Minjeong. Also sometimes, her words came out so wrong.
"Shut up", Minjeong shrugs the thoughts off her head as Jimin set the container on the coffee table. Minjeong helped her by pulling out the lid open, revealing a delicious smell cornering the room.
"Oh, babe. I know, everything that is yours will taste amazing", the older girl smirked playfully before Minjeong slap her shoulder in embarrassment.
Minjeong watched Jimin eat her home-cooked food. With every bite, every cut of the cutlet, Minjeong just wants to make sure her fiancée eats well and to know to her heart's content that her cooking is suitable for Jimin's liking.
There's no doubt. The young lecturer hums with every bite she took.
"Should I help you to open the envelope? It might be something important", Minjeong asked before her fiance answered her with a nod.
The younger girl stands up from the couch, reaching for the commercial-sized envelope in her hands before slowly ripping the edge open.
As she revealed open the folded A4 papers inside the envelope, the younger girl's eyes went wide open with a slightly hanging mouth. She couldn't believe what she just read.
"Why, babe? Is it that serious? Is it from the office or what?", Jimin saw her fiancée react.
Minjeong turned the visible big words on the paper toward her fiance with a confused expression. When Jimin saw that her idea was so wrong, Minjeong's eyebrows furrows in jealousy.
Professor Jimin, I like you a lot. I heard that you're the youngest lecturer in the department, and I just want to tell you that I really like you.
"Didn't the whole college supposedly know by this time that you are engaged with me?", the younger girl sighed. This is the sixteenth love letter Jimin received in two months, and Minjeong somehow doesn't like how Jimin's students' brain works.
Don't they have common sense?
"Probably the freshmen who knew nothing about us", Jimin facepalmed her temple in disbelief. After all these years revealing how much of an engaged woman she is, there are still some people who are quite dumb to pursue her.
Jimin placed the fork down before taking a gulp of mineral water Minjeong brought for her. She then stands up and walks towards her fiancée, taking the paper away from her hand gently before tossing it inside the trashcan by her table. A smile then crest on her face.
"I will make sure to let them know more about how much an engaged woman I am", Jimin bends her body closer to face her fiance's confused expression.
"How?", Minjeong asked.
"Are you keen on the idea of us being more public? I will let the whole world know that I'm so in love with you that there's no one can come in between", Jimin smirked.
Minjeong hates attention, Jimin knew her so well. But Jimin knew too that her fiancée was sometimes the jealous type, and it would be fun to see how she could please the younger girl by confessing her love to everyone.
"I'm not sure", Minjeong said hesitantly as her eyes fluttered, feeling how Jimin's breath brushed on her lips.
"Oh, babe. Trust me, I'll let them know how much I love you", Jimin leans in to kiss her fiancée passionately on the lips.
