The next morning, Nora arrived in her home town of Arcadia Oaks. The sun was shining, the birds were chirping, and there wasn't a single cloud in the sky.

As nice as it was, Nora couldn't help be feel upset when she wondered past certain landmarks. Such as the high school, GDT Arcane book shop, and especially the cafe.

And it just so happen that one of the first places the walked by was the bookshop.

When they did, Nora stopped, looked at the building, and sighed. Kiba noticed this and placed his hand on his girlfriend's shoulder. "Are you okay, Nora?"

"Huh? Oh, yeah I'm fine." Nora said as she whipped away tears that started to fall. "It's just that. . Douxie used to work and live here."

"Oh, I'm sorry." Kiba said in shock. "I had no idea."

"It's okay." Nora said with a sad smile before her face suddenly lit up. "In fact, how about we got to Benito's and grab a milkshake?"

"Wait, didn't Douxie also work there?" Kiba asked. "I don't think that's such a good idea."

"No, this is exactly what I need." Nora said honestly. "A nice romantic date in my hometown at my brother's old workplace."

"I don't fallow." Kiba said, scratching his head.

"It'll remind me of the good old days and just maybe give me some closer." Nora explained.

"Yeah, I don't think that's quite how it works-" Kiba tried to say before Nora interrupted.

"Now that I think about it, Arcadia hasn't really changed much." Nora said, looking around. "And I never realized how much I actually missed this town."

"I guess, this is a nice place." Kiba said honestly before giving a small smile. "You know, I don't recall ever visiting the US."

"Really?! Well, I guess it's your lucky day then." Nora said as she grabbed her boyfriend's hand and started to run off. "First, I'll show you all my favorite places and we'll end the day with a milkshake at Benito's!"

Kiba smiled as he fallowed the black and silver haired girl. He was happy that she was happy and seemed to forget about all that sadness for now and that's how he figured it should be.

Later that same night, the couple did end up going to the French cafe and once they were seated at their table and got their milkshakes.

"So, how do you like it?" Nora asked as she took a sip of her milkshake. "Arcadia, I mean."

"It's a nice little town." Kiba said honestly. "But you said you wanted to visit, Douxie, right?"

Nora stopped for a moment and sighed as tears started to fall once again. "Yeah, I did." She said as she whipped her tears with her sleeve. "Why?"

"Well, I may sound crazy, but I think he's already here." Kiba said honestly, this threw Nora off guard for a moment as she looked at the devil boy, confused. "In spirit, of course. I may not have met him, but I think. . . I can sence his presence. He seems happy and proud of you."

With that said, Nora broke down as she got out of her seat to hug her boyfriend and cried. Kiba was shocked for a second before returning the embrace as they sat in silence for a few moments.

"Thank you, Kiba." Nora said, breaking the silence and the embrace. "I don't know how you did that, but I felt it too. He is here, I know it."

"Yeah, me too." Kiba smiled before leaving a check on the table and getting out of his seat. "Come on, what do you say we head to his resting spot?"

"Really? You would come with me?" Nora asked a little surprised. "Won't it be a little..."

"Awkward? No, not at all I just think he deserves to be visited properly." Kiba said as he took the black and silver haired girl's hand. "Besides, he already made his presence known to me as well as you, so I think he likes me."

"Okay, let's go." Nora said with a small chuckle as she took Kiba's hand in hers. "And thanks again for being here."

"Of course, that's what boyfriends are for." Kiba smiled as the 2 walked together in the night.
