The rules of this RP is:
1. No bad language unless the character swears normally (you have to tell if your OC does)
2. If you are a European country/city you can help deciding the song that country sends in!
PS: You can choose one of the old songs to that country. (F. Ex: Norway-Fairytale by Alexander Rybak)
3. Make sure the character isn't too OOC (little bit? Fine! A lot? No.) stay into character as much as possible.
4. Remember, this is Eurovision and Hetalia. And Eurovision is only Europe (and Australia). If you want to be America you better have a good explication for it.
5. Since I made this RP, it's my OTP's we'll use. (Sorry, if you don't ship it or don't get your OTP's in it) (and I know it sounds selfish)
