Prologue
A/N: Oh yeah. I'm doing this. Buckle up your seatbelts and get ready to go, my friends!

It was a normal day for Sealand. Everything was in order, and he had just completed all his chores. Most people don't like chores, he being one of them. He was glad they were over with and now he could do something fun. But the question is, what exactly? There were no children his age, they were either older or younger than him. Or they were adults.
Sighing, he went outside to bask in the sun. He put on his shades and some suntan lotion. After laying there for what felt like hours (but was really minutes), something small came into view as he stared up into the cloudless blue sky. The familiar sound of blades sweeping through the air reached his ears, and he sprang to his feet with delight. He smiled as the helicopter neared the landing spot, drowning out all other noises. Not that there really were any, in the first place.
Soon his friend Wy was standing beside him as the blades of the helicopter slowly whirled to a stop. He gave her a gentle hug and tried not to squeeze her too tight, but after a few seconds of the warm embrace he was pushed away. She was frowning, for some reason. Sealand was confused. Was she mad at him?
"We need to talk." She stated plainly, sitting down on the ground where she previously stood.
He sat down too, giving Wy a puzzled look. "About what?"
"Iggybrows."
Sealand laughed heartily at the nickname for his older brother, Britain. "What about 'im?"
Her face remained stony, not changing from it's dismal outlook. "He's missing."
His lips parted slightly and his eyes widened, he must've stayed like that for a full minute. Life without Britain? He couldn't even fathom it. Finally he spoke. "Surely you must be mistaken."
Wy shook her head, closing her eyes. "Surely I am not. He is nowhere to be found. And he's not the only one missing. Australia is gone, so is America, Canada, Russia, the Italy brothers, Germany, Japan, China, Prussia, France-"
"I think I've heard enough." He put a hand over her mouth.
She removed his hand, furrowing her fuzzy eyebrows. "Then what are we going to do about it?" She put her hands on her hips.
"I don't know..." Sealand frowned.
Wy rolled her eyes, shortly after giving him a slap to the face. "We go find them, you doofus!"
He held his hand to his cheek. "I was just about to say that..."
"Let's make a list of who we want on our search team!" Wy declared.
And it was so. The duo went inside to discuss tactical plans /which neither knew much about/, but decided they'd ask their friends and whoever else they could convince to join them.
They felt fairly confident; but their desperation for someone to join could not be denied, they didn't know it would grow through the long hours of the night as they rested peacefully out on the deck, faces tilted towards the starry sky.
