Ivan actually has had, Asian-like features at a point. Not entirely, just like what one would expect a Tatar/Mongol/Russian mix, because those are incredibly common. He still looks Russian, though. Just imagine Ivan, but with more narrowed eyes, rounder face, different cheekbones, but with still obvious Russian features.
