Why? Well-one half of my family is Brazilian/Portuguese, the other Norwegian(lots more from either side that's just the main fluff). Luciano is adorable-I'm also interested in finding more about the other South American countries, because why not?

I was asked by my parents if there was a Portugal character once-I said I didn't think so, so I searched it up. I found his, but then was thinking 'okay cool' and went to something else. But recently I have become obsessed with finding new characters, so here is this guy.
