Headcannon: At first try, European countries hate risking eating exotic foods from Asian countries because of its ingredient and the physical look of the food because it's not appealing.

The same with Asian countries, they are culture-shock when eating European dishes because they are either 'minty', 'too much salty', 'too... weird', 'it drop my expectation', some shizz like that.

But both side enjoys each other's cuisines sometimes.
