Personality: Sassy, somewhat flirtatious, and deceptive Flavio can be both your best friend and your worst enemy while pretending to be your long lost cousin all at the same time. He holds a rather feminine disposition but cares not in the least what others have to say about it. As far as he's concerned if you're going to bother to insult him for it then you're just a poor pitiable soul with no taste in fashion whatsoever. He normally has a cheery energetic atmosphere and loves conversation. He can be quite friendly if given the chance but be careful, his anger is not to be trifled with. While not nearly as explosive as his brother's, but no less intense, Flavio can and will injure others be it physically, mentally, or emotionally, however he sees fit. On the flip side, if he is thoroughly upset about something he can be reduced to a sobbing mess (behind closed doors of course).
Flavio has a liking for cute things and loves doting on children and pets. He also loves to take on the 'big brother' role and is highly protective of Luciano (much to Luci's dismay). Though he also works for Luciano in his mafia and is his second in command, a right hand man if you will, and will see that his orders are carried out no matter the cost.
Though you must be warned, do not underestimate this man. He is by far more manipulative than one might even consider at first glance, even more so than his brother if you can believe it. Sly and cunning, when Flavio sees something that he wants little to nothing will stand in his way of getting it.

Current Economy And Status: fairing quite well actually, as his is much different from his counterpart's; he holds nation status.

Skills: Fashion. Fashion. Did I mention Fashion? He loves knowing, wearing, and even creating the latest trending styles and has absolutely no shame whatsoever in this. In fact he is also capable in sewing together an entire outfit before noon. Flavio also takes great pride in knowledge of various poisons and toxins, to which he may even rival those such as Oliver or Zao in. Just because he doesn't like to get dirty don't count him out in a fight, he's a sharpshooter and just where did you think Luciano learned how to knife throw so well? As a child Flavio was trained by his grandfather Rome in ways to fight, though he hardly if ever uses these skills anymore. Contrary to his huge dislike of getting dirty in any way, Flavio enjoys painting and unlike his counterpart is very decent at it.

Other: Flavio carries around with him a number of what could be considered weapons at all times, no matter the situation. He adores fashion but he believes in what he calls "functional fashion." this meaning that everything he wears has a double purpose, one example is his sunglasses. They have on one side a small hidden blade, take apart the arm and voilà!
