Appearance: Elsu has long black hair, that reaches about the middle of his back, and though not usual to his tribe he keeps it done up in painted hair rolls with the ends painted different shades of green. On some occasions he will braid it loosely, though still keeps the hair rolls which gives his hair a sort of vine-like look. He has very tanned skin, darkened even more from its natural tan from so much time spent in the sun. Though not as athletic looking as his counterpart he still retains a strong physique. He stands at about 6'3 though looks to be a bit shorter due to near always being hunched over a small potted Scarlet Lobelia that he keeps with him at all times. Elsu's eyes are a very dull comparison of Nita's pink, however they used to be a more vibrant rose color. His constant use of magic is the cause for the change.
He, like his counterpart, refuses to give up his culture and for the most part still dressed as he used to. Wearing dark buckskin leggings, though they are made into pants rather than just leggings and he therefore has no use for a loincloth however he still wears one anyway just because, and tall slightly decorated bearskin boots. He has kept to wearing a long traditional, also slightly decorated, dark deerskin shirt with flowing ribbons that are dyed green. Some feathers are sewn in at the shoulders.
Elsu likes to wear piercings, and always has. He wears seven small gold hoop earrings: one on each earlobe, two on the top of each ear, and a nose ring. He also likes to wear painted symbols across his arms, shoulders, chest, and back. Not necessarily for war, it just seems to calm him to do so.

Personality: Highly reclusive, even more so than his fraternal twin Nita, unless you know where he lives or have a way to track him it is very hard to find him. He prefers the company of plans to humans though does like to spend time with certain siblings of hey decide to visit. He likes a solitary lifestyle not because he's despises contact with others but rather because the constant whispers of the plants he talks to in his mind day in and day out makes it difficult for him to concentrate and most others don't understand this so he has chosen to take the easy way out and just live alone.
He has a long standing grudge with Nita and they insult and fight each other constantly, though their respective tribes' people seem to get along well. However, his relationship with Nita is complicated.... As they both dislike each other and are old enemies yet they both have a certain respect for each other and would never wish to see the other dead. Ask either of them about the other and they'll spit out insults and curses galore but deep down they are still brothers at heart.
With anybody else (save for Creek or some of the younger tribes who never knew who he was before) he can get along with ease. As long as they don't mistake his conversing with plants as a mental illness.
Elsu is not one to forgive easily, and has only done so to very few people, yet if a situation is dire he can bury any resentment he has against his siblings to help how he can. Though this strictly goes for his family, anyone else can kiss him goodbye if he dislikes them and they are in need.
Ever since he and Nita began to be at odds, which started when they were quite young, he has longed for some kind of companionship. Though not many were able to stand his lack of concentration and he eventually found solace in a single Scarlet Lobelia. However, if anyone tried to befriend him, though he might not show it, he would be overjoyed.
Ever since the arrival of the European settlers Elsu has been slowly losing confidence in his abilities. And had a drastic drop in self-confidence when he and his people were moved off to Oklahoma, no longer able to keep a grasp on their own lands. For this reason he no longer fights with most, save for Nita, as he no longer thinks he is able to win. And instead of confronting those who irk him as he'd like to he merely retreats back into his shell and leaves the area.
He and Nita do still share one thing in common: both think they have failed as warriors.

Other: he is a complete carnivore and downright refuses to eat anything but meat, and must be forced to eat anything else, going so far as to try and throw up if given plant based foods just to get it out of his system. He has no qualms about eating his meat raw, and rather likes the taste of blood. Though he only consumes herbivores such as deer or cattle.
Elsu has the ability to manipulate and converse with plant life and often spends more time with them than other human beings (or nations).
His home is basically a giant greenhouse and he has at least one plant in every room, save for his bedroom and the bathroom.
Occasionally he will encounter plants that will bother him tirelessly and that he is unable to block out. In which case he begins to have a mental breakdown and either needs to be taken away from the area or have his magic dispelled.

Current economy and status: fairing well and he holds nation status

Why he came: even he's not really sure, but he wouldn't miss an opportunity to mess with Nita and get him riled up.

Allies: whoever is willing to be his ally and proves they will stay such

Enemies: Choctaw, Creek, various others he considers to be so.

Skills: gardening is his specialty though he is known to raise cattle as well.
He is actually good at giving piercings and occasionally tattoos, though not often.
He has near matched Nita's skill with tomahawks just to not be outdone by the Choctaw, though he still isn't quite as good at throwing them but he won't dare admit it.
