Appearance: Awendela has the dark tanned skin tone of her siblings and long slightly wavy brown hair so dark it appears black. She stands at about 5'6" and has a naturally slender build yet over time has developed a bit of a more athletic appearance. Bright hazel-brown eyes are her defining feature and appear a bit almond shaped. Other notable features of hers are a few scars that can be seen, predominantly a long slash mark across her back just below her neck that starts at the top of the middle of her left shoulder and goes down to nearly the bottom of her right shoulder blade. This was from an incident that she never speaks of and will always change try to change the topic if it is brought up.
Her wardrobe is quite simple compared to some. A worn out peach-colored short-sleeve that was cut off at the middle to resemble a midriff and dark beige skinny jeans that are rolled up at the bottom to just past her ankle. A dark brown belt holds up her pants and she usually sports a pair of beaded moccasins for footwear though occasionally will just go barefoot if she feels like it. On her arms, from the wrist to a few inches below the elbow, she wears black fingerless fishnet gloves that have a loop around her middle finger leaving the others free. On cold or chilly days she will wear a buckskin shawl embroidered with feathers and painted porcupine quills, a gift from a sibling. Awendela isn't keen on jewelry but does wear simple traditional necklaces and earrings from time to time.      

Personality: Wild and reckless some might say, Awendela is a fiery soul with a passion for the unpredictable. Perhaps this is the reason she didn't get along with her neighboring siblings too well in her early life, though she has since mellowed out a bit and is trying her best to form better relations. However, some things never change and she still craves adventure and a good wrestle every now and then. (Not that she can get many to agree to such). Her view of the world is to simply take life by the reins and ride beyond the sunset, as you never know what may be waiting on the other side and, good or bad, and there's only one way to find out! Awendela strives to accomplish as much as she can in the time life has given her, and it appears that little to nothing will block her way. She stands firm on her beliefs and must have accurate and solid proof before even considering she may be wrong.
Her heart longs for the days long past but she seems to have finally given up any hope that even the smallest of things will change to how they were. Her fighting spirit, though still kicking, was broken long ago and doesn't appear to be returning to its former glory any time soon. 

Other: Awendela once caught Whooping Cough when she was younger and it took a tole on her, though she did eventually recover with no lasting effects.
She has a fondness for making candles of all shapes, sizes, and colors.
Awendela has always been an early riser, this is part of what determined her name.
She owns a pet hamster that she named Snuffles; he is splotched grey and white, curious about everything, a tad chubby, and loves to sniff anything he is able.
One of her favorite pastimes is running, another is roughhousing and sparring with whoever will let her, and she is a darn good horsebreeder.
