East Germany was off Prussia and Berlin  (Dedric)  were cut off

Vienna was helping Austria recovered from his lost. 

After Ww2

All the capital and half of the countries (Berlin, London, and Warsaw, Vienna, Madrid  and the rest of countries and capitals. Were in the hospital they were injured.
