Athens: Olympia
Deniz sighed as she watched yet another fight between her Baba and Greece. They were fighting for some stupid reason and it was getting old for the five-year old. She watched as the threw insults at each other.
These two are ridiculous, She thought as she tapped her foot impatiently.
"Jerkules!" Turkey yelled.
"Cat hater!" Greece whisper-shouted.
"Feta bread!"
"Feline disliker!"
"Are all of your insults cat related?!"
".....Cat hater!"
Turkey groaned as he scrunched his fists. "Forget this!" He turned away from Greece and stormed off towards home, grabbing Deniz by the hand. "Come on Deniz, we're leaving!"
"Finally!" Deniz sighed. "It's about time! I was wondering when you were going to decide to leave."
The two walked for a while before they saw a place to eat. Normally, Turkey wouldn't buy food from a Greek place, but he heard Deniz's stomach growl and saw how she was hungry. So Turkey bought some food and the two ate by the curb across from ancient ruins.
"Sorry about making you wait so long Deniz," Turkey apologized before he took a bite of his food. "I didn't think Greece was going to take so long."
"It's okay Baba," Deniz accepted before she gulped down some water. "But if you guys argue all the time, how come you always come to see him?"
"Because he either annoys me, or one of his stupid cats get out and end up at our place."
Deniz sighed as she finished her lunch. She fixed her hair up a bit before glancing over into the ruins. What she saw next made her eyes widen; a girl with brown hair with little curls, green eyes, and olive-toned skin was walking through the ruins with a cat on her head and three cats following her. She was wearing torn rags and had no shoes.
Just when Deniz was about to say something, Turkey had finished his lunch and stood up. "All right Deniz, time to go," Turkey told the girl.
"But Baba, there's a little girl," Deniz turned back to the ruins but saw the girl was gone. "She was just right there."
"You were probably seeing things Deniz. Come on, let's go home."
Deniz followed her Dad home while glancing at the ruins.
***************
A few weeks later, it was buisness as usual it seemed. This time was bit different; Turkey had been informed that Japan was visiting the area with his daughter so he decided to see what his old friend was up to.
As they walked, Deniz saw that they were passing by the ruins again.
While they walked, Turkey ran into Greece, Japan, and Naomi and started an argument with Greece.
Deniz sighed as looked around to the ruins and sure enough, there was the little girl about her age. She raced inside the ruins to talk to her. There were many different twists and turns before Deniz found herself in the center of the ruins. "Hey, I know you're here," Deniz called out. "Come out now!"
Deniz glanced around, trying to figure out if she could find the girl. Then she heard a distinct "meow" and turned around to see the girl peaking out from behind a column.
"Come on out," Deniz told the girl. "What are you doing here?"
"I live here," the girl whisper-spoke, which reminded Deniz of Greece. Now that she looked at the girl, Deniz realized how much she looked like Greece. "And my name is Olympia." Olympia came out from behind the corner and laid down what looked like a stone bench. "Now it's time for my nap."
Deniz felt a sweatdrop form on the back of her head as she watched Olympia nap. "Come on, get up," Deniz told Olympia.
Olympia's reply was a snore and a bunch of cats laying on top of her.
Deniz took matters into her own hands; she dragged Olympia off of the bench and across the ground.
"This is kidnapping you know," Olympia said.
"No it's not," Deniz replied as she walked with Olympia being dragged behind her.
*************
Naomi watched as her poor Father was dragged in the middle of another fight between Greece and Turkey. They were arguing over who Japan was friends with. Why is Otosan arways dragged into these situations? She thought. Then she looked over to see Deniz walking back over dragging a girl behind her. "Deniz-chan, what are you doing?"
"This girl was sleeping in the ruins with cats," Deniz explained.
Olympia sighed as she waited for Deniz to let her go. Then she decided to take matters into her own hands; she took Deniz's hand and removed it from her shirt. She then began walking away.
"Where are you going?" Naomi asked.
"I'm going home," Olympia answered.
"That place isn't your home," Deniz told Olympia. "It's a ruin where you live with a bunch of stupid cats."
Olympia stopped and then turned to glare at Deniz. She marched right back over to Deniz and glared her down. "First of all, cats are not stupid," she growled. "And second of all, that place is my home! I live there with my brother!"
Deniz raised an eyebrow in confusion. "If you have a brother then where is he?"
"He left to do some erans. He's only been gone for a few years."
Naomi gasped. It sounded like her brother had abandoned Olympia. "Are you sure he went to do erans?" Naomi asked Olympia. "It sounds rike he reft you there."
Tears welled up in Olympia's eyes. Her brother wouldn't abandon her, he just wouldn't. Then the little Greek girl cried into her hands and sank to the ground.
Meanwhile, Greece, Turkey, and Japan had heard the crying and came over to investigate. Greece sort-of gasped when he saw Olympia crying and went over to her. He got down on his knees and slowly removed her hands from her eyes to see bloodshot green eyes like his. "Are you okay?" He asked the girl.
Olympia looked at Greece with curiosity and was fascinated by his eyes and the cat ears that were on his head because of the bandana he wore. She reached up and touched them before looking back at Greece. "You love cats?" She asked.
"Is there a problem with that?"
Olympia shook her head. Then she wrapped her arms around Greece's neck. "You remind of my big brother, except older. Can my cats and I stay with you?"
Greece smiled down at the little girl before picking her up. "Of course. I guess that makes me your Bampás (Dad) then."
Olympia liked that. Having a big brother was one thing, but having a Dad was a whole other story.

Tension was still in the air between Greece and Turkey as the group of now six walked around Athens. Japan just wanted to visit the sights with Naomi without incident. He then came up with an idea; Japan stopped walking and then turned to lookat the other two countries.
"Oh hey guys, rook at this," he said, getting everyone's attention. "Prease keep your eyes on my thumb." He pulled at his right thumb for a bit, pretending to pull it off. "Oh no, hey, I broke my thumb off."
Everyone else freaked out. Naomi just looked at the others in confusion, trying to figure out why everyone was freaking out. "I do not think they got the joke Otosan," she stated.
