I FEEL LIKE WRITING MORE FANFICTION...

...so I will.

(This is based off Navy's childhood)

"Lou-"

"No!" Navy turned away from Antonio sharply. Her heart ached so much. She just wanted to give up and forget it all. Antonio gave out a sigh, knowing that it was going to take a while to comfort her.

"Does it still hurt? New Orleans, I mean." Navy closed her eyes and nodded slowly. The fire had hurt immensely. Although Antonio had tried to rebuild the majority of buildings that had been affected, she could still feel the pain and despair of the people running throughout her body. As if by instinct, she hugged her small body against the Spaniard's.

"Still so young..." Navy looked up to see Francis stood beside them. He crouched down so that he could make eye contact. "Navy, Antonio and I have...decided something."

"W-what?!" Her eyes widened. "You're not going to fight any more wars, are you?" The Frenchman chuckled lightly.

"Non, non. Antonio and I-" He gave out a sigh, his smile disappearing. "Well, we've given you to America." Navy stared at Francis in awe, not quite able to believe it.

"But...but Antonio only gave me to you three years ago! You can't...You..." Navy's voice croaked as she yelled. "You can't leave me again!" Antonio shook his head.

"Navy, we'll still see you-"

"No! You won't! I know you won't! You never will!" Navy leapt out of her seat and raced out of the door, slamming it shut behind her. She could hear the Frenchman calling her name, but she easily outran him. Tears stung in her eyes. Antonio and Francis made her so angry sometimes. She couldn't possibly-

"Ack!" Navy bumped into someone, having been preoccupied with thought. "Hey, are you okay?"

"Uh, y-yeah...Sorry." She glanced up to see a man with blonde hair and sapphire blue eyes. He smiled down at her sweetly, shaking her tiny hand.

"You must be Louisiana. I'm America, but you can call me Alfred." Navy nodded slowly, holding Alfred's hand tightly.

"Is America nice?" The man beamed as they walked along.

"Aren't you cute? Yeah, it's really cool, trust me." Navy pouted.

"I can't exactly trust anyone." Alfred's expression changed to one of concern. He gazed down at the new state.

"Well, how about...you give it a shot? With me." Navy only stared back at him. She had just met this man. How could she trust him? Her eyes widened as he ruffled her hair, laughing charmingly. But there's something about him...something that makes her want to follow him. He had such a brotherly way of talking to her.

"Y...Yeah." Alfred's eyes widened.

"Whoa, I didn't think you would actually agree." Navy giggled slightly. "Your smile is so adorable...You should smile more." In response, she grinned widely.

New Orleans seemed to have calmed down almost immediately.

Hehe.

I liked that one.

Not one of my best, but...I tried.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
