She works super hard as she has Kirito, Asuna and Keiko working with her as Kota is getting training to use his «Quirks» much better and to fully understand them as well, too. Nezu keeps visiting with All Might while Hitoshi is busy with Aizawa and the «Fuurinkazan Guild» really.

Nezu was shocked at the size of the town and the size of the water amusement park, the amusement park and the arcade building making Izumi to shrug as she did that for both the money and for some relaxation times really as she uses the building part of her «Gamer Quirk».

She had roads going to all three and had four acre plots for the parking lots for all three making there to be a lot of visitors to those three making her to explain the insides of them only allow new ones to be added with some height safety and upgraded the rides to hold more by fifty really.

Class 1-A and 1-B got the chance to enjoy all three for free making the Bakugo family to be shocked that Izumi owns the three and she had gave them a free pass for two month only. Izumi figures out the very much missions for each «Hero» or «Heroine» «Side-Kicks» she has.

Izumi was really busy as she had to mostly ask for help figuring sorting things out which Nezu wonders where she is which All Might doesn't know and both found out as Izumi is buried in paperwork and forms making many to help 'save' her as she complains about stupid civilians fully complaints making many to laugh.

"You'll get use to it really. What's your test? Most «Agencies» will have those like Sir Nighteyes' is make him laugh or to steal the stamper from him really." Izumi thinks as she doesn't know, but making it up on the spot shouldn't hurt really.

"Depends on which side of the «Guild» you want to be part of fully really."

"Yep! There's four sides to the «Guild» really. «Public» one is to last thirty to an hour max against a senior. If under thirty, then more training and then a rematch fully against that senior and you fully become his groper to learn the ropes better and have someone to help you figure it out.

Think of it like a Buddy system in households, but more the lines of senior «Heroes» showing junior «Heroes» the laws and ropes of the «Guild» and how to be a great «Hero» really." They agreed to that as it works very well, really from what they can see.

"The second side is for the «Underground» side. You know the types. Infertation, Information Gathering, Trailing, ect, ect, ect. The sort of stuff. It's really the largest «Underground Network Communication» group really.

It also has a lots of «Vigilantes» that joined in after what I said to the media insects. Don't laugh, All Might! They are insects! They swarm you for a interview and plasters fake news about you and the pictures! Gha! Marriages are ruined because of that really!

"How does she handle it all?!" A chuckle from behind them all fully answers that question for them all really.

"Dyanmm is from my «Guild» in «SAO» and still is in «ALO». He's in charge of the «News Network» side for the «Guild» like the public stuff and it's all legalized as Izumi likes his news better and she got him a building already to use with some others who passed as well, too.

Dyanmm laughs as Izumi is a riot to have as a «Guild Leader» as he then left and went to get something to eat and drink really. Many was trying to figure out her game plan as that's not normal really.

"Nothing against it. I am a high level «Lawyer» and a «Auditor» as well, too! I need to know how to use paperwork and forms to make things legal and to handle the very «Guild» really since real life is far different than the game ones!"

They all shivered as everyone else laughs at them as they all should have known not to say that as Izumi can get scary. Hitoshi and Mei's work is still underway as they got as much information as they possibly can really.

Hitoshi went for the second group for any war as Tomura Shigaraki is going to try and take them over making Mei to get ready to take over the «Detnerat Company» from Rikiya Yotsubashi who is part of the second group as it's leader making her to get ready.

Mei has everything planned and she has her parents helping her out as her dad showed her how to run a company, how to handle the many paperwork and forms, how to manage the money for the company, how to handle orders and how to handle ordering parts for the company really.

Mei is ready as her parents are going to let her as she'll make an alliance with their family's own «Company» which would work and Mei has one of her uncles on her father's side to be her very «Lawyer» for her new «Company» and has her aunt to deal with the cleaning of the "Rats".

Hitoshi saw Aizawa and he had to explain making Aizawa to be very proud of him wanting to help her and he can see he's trying to figure out how to ask her out as Mei is in the same boat making Power Loader to ask and he was told the same before she told him about the department there.

He was shocked at the «Support Department» of the supporters there. Heck! He'll even help her take over the «Company» if she's trying to take it away from that man really since he's related to a «Villain» making Mei to actually accidentally call him 'Dadloader' to his face while hugging him really.

He did hear how Class 1-A called Aizawa 'Dadzawa' making him to like the nickname really. Everyone there was fully trilled to have him there and shows many support gears making Mei to chuckle as he was fully overwhelmed by this actually really.

Izumi was getting tired as she needs some rest and a break from the paperwork really and spend times with her children making her to enjoy tucking the younger ones in for their naps making many to see a great mother in front of them and Midnight was recording this with Mina when Izumi started to sing a song really.

"MEANIES!" Izumi sticks her tongue out as they complain about them being mean while Nezu got the very recording from Midnight making him to like it as he had actually fully falling asleep in Midnight's hold as he needs the rest making All Might to deal with it for him fully really.
