Backstory:

A close childhood friend of Kiriko and the Shimada Brothers, Kenji was the descendant of the Araya Spears in Tokyo... He was trained along with Kiriko as well as with Genji and Hanzo... However, following the killing of Sojiro Shimada and the Hashimoto takeover of Hanamura and the Asakusa areas of the Taito Ward of Tokyo, Kenji moved to Kanezaka and was taken in by his grandparents as his parents were killed by the Hashimoto Clan.

As a result, he inherited his family dragon-powered naginata spear.

Years later, he joined the Yokai Vigilantes with his childhood friend Kiriko, to oppose the Hashimoto after the abuses they commited on Tokyo, successfully taking them out of Hanamura, Kanezaka and Asakusa.

Kenji was present in Tokyo along with Kiriko and Hanzo as Null Sector dropped pods, with himself sending a distress call for help.

Backstory:

A gunslinger and veteran of the First Omnic Crisis, Bayani was among the 30 million children orphaned by the Omnic Crisis when he was 12.

Shortly after, he joined the Philippine Armed Forces, where he was trained as a Gunslinger and fought the crisis, where he earned the codename Gunshot.

After the crisis ended, he left the Philippine Armed Forces... Receiving an offer for Talon shortly after, which he accepted.

However, following an Operation in Monte Cristi which resulted in mass civilian casualties, he and fellow Talon member Baptiste left Talon.

Knowing he and Baptiste knew too much... Talon tried to silence both, but those who tried were never seen ever again...

Eventually, he was recruited by Cole Cassidy into Overwatch as a suggestion from Baptiste.
