Caleo
I know many people have mixed feelings on Caleo, but I think it's kind of cute. I only own the plot and hope you enjoy!

It was a very normal day. Calypso was walking around, cleaning her and Leo’s new apartment. I guess old habits die hard.
She was simply dusting the areas around the fireplace when she felt two hands cover her eyes.
“Guess who?” the voice said.
“I’m guessing it’s the only other person who lives in this apartment?” Calypso laughed.
The hands removed from her eyes, and Calypso turned around to see Leo. He had his endearing mischievous smile on his face, and the creative twinkle in his eyes. His hands were now behind his back.
“Good guess,” Leo chuckled.
“What’s behind your back? Leo, what are you hiding?” Calypso asked, raising an eyebrow.
His grin grew wider as he pulled a bouquet of beautiful and familiar flowers from behind his back, offering them to her.
Calypso smiled, taking the roses, and pecking him on the cheek. “Repair Boy, they’re beautiful. Are-are these Moonlace?”
Leo smiled, and nodded. “I pulled in a few favors, but yeah. They’re Moonlace.”
Calypso smelled the flowers, and then looked back up at her boyfriend. She put the flowers on the side table next to her, and wrapped her arms around Leo’s neck.
“So, what’s the special occasion?” She asked, looking into his warm, brown eyes. His curly hair was all over his head, and his shirt and pants still looked grease stained. She really didn’t care, she wasn’t one to be scared to get her hands dirty.
“Happy Valentine’s Day, Sunshine,” he replied. “But that isn’t the only surprise, I have something else planned that will be so awesome, it’ll be almost as amazing as me.”
Calypso laughed, and punched his arm playfully. He then held out his arm.
“Are you ready to have your socks knocked off, madam?” he asked, in a terrible british accent.
Calypso hooked her arm around his, “Why yes I am, good sir.”

“Leo where exactly are you taking me?” Calypso asked, crossing her arms, but a small smile on her face.
“C’mon you’ll see,” he prompted dragging her along with him.
They had made the long trip from Camp Half-Blood to Camp Jupiter. Festus had taken them, but now they were wandering about the streets of New Rome, Calypso having no clue what was happening.
“Okay, we’re here,” said, stopping them in front of a small building.
Calypso couldn’t tell what it was called since there was a long white banner across the top where she assumed the name would be. “Leo, where did you take me?”
Leo had that maniacal smile that either said, “I’m about to do something stupid” or “I’m about to do something amazing”. He started walking over a rope dangling on the building.
“Calypso, I don’t know if you remember, but back when we were on the island, we talked about something that’s been stuck in my mind since day one. So, I, Leo McShizzle Bad-Boy Supreme Valdez, present to you, Leo and Calypso’s Garage!” He exclaimed, pulling at the rope to reveal a board at the top of the building that said just that.
“Oh my gods,” she whispered. She’d thought he’d forgotten about it, but this made it all come crashing back down on her in an instant. “Oh, Leo you didn’t!”
“You bet I did!” he said.
Calypso ran over to where he was and kissed him, her hands playing with his hair, and eyes shut tight, trying to hold back tears.
“Let’s go in, shall we?” He asked, opening the double door. Calypso simply nodded, since her mouth wasn’t able to form words.
The inside was homey, and just beautiful. On one side of the room was a work table with many, many tools and gadgets. On the opposite side stood a mini kitchen. In the far left corner of the room was a slightly elevated stage with a microphone on it, surrounded by small dining tables with chairs. In the middle of the room was all the equipment used for fixing things that wouldn’t fit on the work table.
“Leo, did you build this?” Calypso managed, her voice cracking.
“Yeah, but I did get a little help. I’ve actually been working on it for a while. I wanted to surprise you. Do you like it?” he seemed slightly nervous as he scratched the back of his neck.
“Leo Valdez I love it! I can’t wait to open! Oh, and I’ll make soup for customers and maybe even teach you how to sing!” she rambled, already imagining the future.
“Woah, woah, slow down. First of all, I will never learn to sing. But second, follow me,” Calypso grabbed his hand as they walked into the middle of the room. “Calypso, I used to think that my love life would be hopeless. A lot of times I felt left out, or useless. I honestly didn’t think many people would notice when I died seven years ago. I was ready to die, but then you came along. You gave me a reason to find the Physician's Cure, you gave me a reason to keep on living.”
Calypso was now crying softly. Leo held his firm hands in hers, and they fit perfectly.
“I never told you something, but I think you should know. When I sailed away from the island that day, and you kissed me,” Leo was now on the verge of tears. “I made a promise on the River Styx to find you. And I kept that promise.”
“Oh, Leo,” Calypso muttered, her hand over her mouth. He knew something worse than death would happen to him if he broke that promise, yet he still made it. She’d rarely ever heard him talk this sincerely to her before.
“I’d said, ‘I’m coming back for you Calypso, I swear it on the River Styx.’ I’ve always felt like the world was a machine, and that it broke down constantly, but you were the bit of sunshine that always made it’s way through. I need that sunshine in my life, Calypso, I need you in my life. I’ve known you for seven years and still can’t wrap my mind around how I, a scrawny, Latino elf, could be lucky enough to end up with a girl like you. You are the finishing touch, the last screw tightened, the last bolt cleaned. You complete me and I’d never wish for anything more. So, Calypso, will you marry me?” he said, going down on one knee, pulling out a box and opening it, showing a beautiful silver ring with a fiery red ruby sitting on top of it.
Calypso didn’t know how many more tears she could shed until she ran out. “Yes, Leo Valdez, I will marry you.”
