(Inpu's POV)

"-now, as many of you know, the downtown area was recently attacked, leaving at least 6 people injured. The attack was led by a masked hostile, who's identity is still unknown, going by the name of 'Lord Beetle'. On top of Great physical prowess, this masked attacker seemed to posses some form of magical ability. Please, if you have Any information on this villain, contact the authorities immediately, any and all information is useful. The villain was accompanied by a civilian, also seeming to possess magical ability, but, after Lord Beetle fled the scene, the civilian seemed to return to their senses, and claims to not remember anything of the battle. Police and psychologists are questioning them as we speak. The attackers were halted by a group of unnamed heroes, all seeming to possess some sort of magical power! Working together, like a slightly clumsy, but powerful machine, they made short work of the villains! Who are they? What are their goals? Where did they go, and more importantly, where did they come from? If you have the answers to any of these questions, please, call the phone number that's on screen right now! The only thing we can know for sure, is that we are thankful for this new group of heroes. Now, next up, an interview with the Mayo-"

I turned off my phone, shutting off the news channel we'd been watching, and looked at the other 'heroes' standing around me.
"So.. a group of heroes, huh?" I said, awkwardly.
All of us were masked, and appeared to be biologically male
"We are pretty cool. And we did work together.. pretty well." One of the others said. He, I think it's a he, had a green heavily armored outfit, the one with a shell like shield on his back. He kinda looked like a turtle actually...
"Besides a few mishaps, I have to agree, that we did." The red haired shirtless guy agreed.
"Yeah.. but who are you people exactly?" I looked at the one who had spoken. He was the shortest one of us, with a cat theme, ears and all, and for some reason, I got the vibe we weren't gonna get along.
"I'm-" I stopped. "We shouldn't tell each other our real names. If one of us accidentally reveals the others identities, that Lord Beetle guy could attack us at our homes, or target our families. We need code names." I said.

(Cal's POV)

     "I already thought about this. I'll be Time Hopper." I pipe up, making everyone look at me. "Hey, I kinda makes since for me." I point to my rabbit ears for reference. Everyone nodded and mumbles their agreement. I saw the turtle guy grin at me.

"Cute!" He said. I blinked, and smiled a bit at him. "Thanks?"

     I watched everyone as they were in thought. I guess I was the only who thought ahead. Who knew? We all stood around awkwardly until the black cat chimed in, "I'll be called...juoda káte." Everyone turned to him.

"Why that name? It sounds odd. Is it in a different language?" The turtle asked, confused. The black cat nodded, and looked down.

"It's in Lithuanian. It means black cat." He says softly, fiddling with his ring. "I was forced to learn many different languages, so..."

The fox frowns, and mumbles, "Well that's just showing off." He turned away, pouting a bit.

"I think it's cute." The dragon cut in. "It's also very attractive for someone to know so much." The black cat, blinked, and blushed as the dragon smirked.

"Well I'm gonna be Anubis!" The fox proudly pronounced. "I've always have been interested in Egyptian mythology." He said, his eyes lighting up a bit. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion. He sounds like someone I know.

"So we have Time hopper, Juode Kàte, and Anubis." I said as I pointed to them. "What about you two?" I asked the dragon and the turtle.

"I'll be Naga." He said. Everyone one looked at him waiting for a explanation. "If I told you, it'll be too much information about myself." He hums and slides over to Juoda Kàte, wrapping a arm around his waist. I could see the dark red blush creep on his face.

I turned to the turtle. "What about you?" I asked. I raised a eyebrow when I catch him staring a me.

"O-oh...uh.." He says, frowning like he's trying to think hard.

I chuckled light at this. "You can think about it more until the next time we meet. I have a feeling that this isn't a one time thing." I look at all the heroes around me. "Until next time." I hopped out of there as I heard my miraculous beep, alerting me it was almost out of battery.

Bryan's POV

I was shaking, and crying as Rose set me down on my bed
"That was awesome!" They said, grinning. "Best night ever." They said, grinning.
Nooroo was hugging my shirt, shaking as well. I looked at rose, and felt something in me snap.
"WHAT? Wh-what are you talking about?! People got hurt! Someone could die of their injuries! You- you're,. That wasn't fun! That wasn't good! That was illegal!" I said, hugging the butterfly kwami close to my chest.
Rose paused, and looked at me
"Oh? You sound... upset Bryan. I don't see why you would. You agreed to participate in this after all, remember?" They said.
I froze, looking at my cousin.
"Wh-what?
"You agreed to participate. You're the one who possessed someone. Hell. If you go to the cops, i can just say you possessed me too. You're the one with possession powers, remember? And really, who are they gonna believe? An annoying, crippled nobody, or someone who actually has influence, and friends?" He said, stepping closer.
I felt tears build up in my eyes, and looked down, shaking even more. I heard Nooroo and Tikki whimper.
"So keep quiet about our 'Family Bonding' time, okay? Now go to sleep nerd. We have school tomorrow." They said, stepping back, smirking at me
I couldn't bring myself to make eye contact, as I pulled my blankets over my head
"Sweet dreams Cous. Or not. I really don't care." I heard them say, followed by the distinct sound of a door closing, and the locking of said door.
I cried myself to sleep, hugging Nooroo.

Inpu's POV (The next day)

I sighed happily as I sat down in my desk. Some of the students heard a rumor about a new student coming to our class, and it's been spreading like wildfire. The class was full of wonder and chatter. Some of the boys hope it's a girl, while some girls hope it a hot, or cute, boy. I personally don't care as long as they're are friendly.

Everyone quickly settled down after the teacher came it. "Alright students, we'll be introducing a new student into our class. He is handicapped and this will be his first time back at school in awhile so please make him feel welcomed."

The girls cheered excitedly while most of boys disappointedly replied with meek "yeahs"or "sure". I perked up as I saw a wheelchair being pushed into the classroom. My heart jumped into my throat as I saw the beautiful boy in the chair. His gently brown eye shown kindness and caring. His shy smile made my heart beat fast. I heard a few of the girls "aww" as they saw him, and i could tell why. The only thing that soured my mood was the one pushing the chair. Ugh, Rose.

"Hurry up, loser. Introduce yourself so I can go sit down." Rose complained to the boy, leaning on the wall.

"S-Sorry Rose. H-Hi! I'm B-Bryan! I-its really nice t-to meet all of you." He rubbed his neck shyly, smiling nervously.

My heart melted as I watched him. It was a bit odd to think, but his shyness was.. really cute... His voice was so soft and cute. I realized I was staring and shook my head, quickly, and I hope discreetly, hitting myself in the head. What is wrong with me? Am I falling for a boy that I just met? Get yourself together Inpu!

"And this is my c-cou-" Before he could finish he was rudely interrupted.

"Alright useless. Times up." Rose snapped and pushed Bryan to the desk prepared for him. I glared at Rose as he sat next to Drannus, leaning over to lay on his head on their desk. One day he is gonna get what's coming to him. I glared at them. I sat up as I teacher started the lesson but kept sneaking glances towards Bryan.
