Rose's POV

I groaned as I sat back in my chair, in the hospital waiting room
Test test tests, bla bla bla, they're all the same
He's not getting any better. Never gonna walk again, stop giving him hope, it makes him insufferable.
I yawned, and stood up
Bored...
I walked out, ignoring the odd look I got from the receptionist.
Maybe I can find a soda, or something. The shit they have at the hospital sucks. Fuck my cousin. He'll call if he really needs me to pick him up
I stepped outside, and headed for a nearby park, pulling out my phone
I typed a text to Drannus
Yo, I ditched my cousin at his medical appointment, you busy?
I sat down as I waited for a reply
After a few minutes, I got one
Yeah, actually. My parents are making me help my brother with his homework
I snorted, and typed quickly
Lmao, loser.

You're the one stuck with a useless cousin
Don't fucking remind me, he's so annoying.

I rolled my eyes, putting my phone, away, and looking around.
As I did, I noticed something fall out of someone's bag. Three things actually. They looked shiny..
I raised an eyebrow, and walked over, picking them up.
A pair of red earrings, and a butterfly shaped brooch.
"Huh.. pretty." I mumbled, pocketing the items, as I walked back to the bench.
As I sat back down, I checked my phone again
2 unread messages from Drannus

No u, dumbass
Yoooo? Idiot? You there?

I rolled my eyes again, before typing another text
Yeah. Just stole something from a moron
Oooooh, nice. Anything good
Some pretty earrings, and a lame brooch.
The fuck's a brooch

Another ding distracted me from explaining what a brooch was to my dumbass friend.

1 unread text from Bryan.
I groaned internally, and clicked on it.
Rose? Where'd you go?

Trying to get the fuck away from your annoying ass-
I looked in my pocket, and spotted the brooch again
An idea popped into my head

I saw someone selling something cool, and got you a little present. I'll be right back.

I didn't bother waiting for a reply, and walked back to the hospital.

(Magnus's POV)

"The butterfly and Ladybug are missing." I blurted out, as I examined the miraculous box. I had been selected as the new guardian, since the last location, the last guardian, had been compromised.
"I-I.. I know they are.... I don't know how it happened, t-th-they must have fallen out! Who knows who could have gotten their hands on them! We have to act fast!" The messenger said. "The fate of Oasis, no, the whole world c-"
"Yeah, yeah, I know, don't worry, calm down. It's gonna be okay." I said, looking at the remaining miraculous again.
"I think we should distribute some of the remaining miraculous to worthy holders.. but I don't know who would be worthy of-"
I picked up the ring, of the cat kwami, as the messenger falls into a curious silence.
"I do. Don't worry. I'll handle it."
I closed the box, and walked to the door, opening it for the messenger. They stood, looked at me, then left.

   (Inpu's POV)
       I yawned and rubs my eyes as I heard the door close from down stair. I got dressed and headed down. I looked are and saw Mangus holding a old record player. I raised my eyebrow at this.

           "Mangus? Who was here and why do you a have a old record player?"

       They turned to me. "Inpy, I know I can trust you with this." Then they put the recorded player down on our kitchen and presses some buttons in a code, the record player opening revealing a hidden box.

          "Woah, woah! What the heck!? What are you doing!?" I asked them, kinda freaking out. They took out the box and open it, revealing many piece of what looked like jewelry. "You didn't steal this, did you Mangus!?"

      "Inpu! No! I was given to to protect it. And you will too." They look around the box before their eyes settle on the Fox tail necklace. "Inpu Anubis, this is the miraculous of the Fox, with it you swear you'll only use if for good." They take it out and present it to me.

    I blinks a few time and sputter out, "Uh, Of course, you can count on me." I take from them carefully.

   "Try it on." They encourage me.

     I hesitantly put in on and make a bit of a squeal when a magical floating tiny fox appeared in front of me.

   It smiles as it says, "Hello! I am Trixx! When you wanna active your miraculous say "Trixx, let's pounce!" To deactivate say, "Trixx, let's rest." I can tell we'll get along great!"  I sputter in confusion and look at Mangus. They nod their encouragement. I gulp and mumbled, "Trixx, let's pounce."

        I eeped as a orange skin tight suit started to cover me, a orange over coat hung lightly on my shoulder. Then two fox like ear appear on my head. A flute manifested in my hand as a fox mask hid my face. I spun around to look at my new attire.

     Mangus squealed, "You look great brother! You'll be a wonderful protector!" They ran up and hugged me.

     I blinked for a moment then smiled. "Of course, I'm the older twin." I hugged back softly. "I'll always will be there if someone needs help."

           
        (Cal's POV)
        I sighed as I trudged into the boys locker room after gym. The teacher asked me to help put away the equipment and I couldn't say no. I stretched and looked around, realizing that I was the last one in the room.

        I shook my head and walked over to my lock and opened it. I blinked as I saw a black box with a red symbol on it. I looked around again to see if anyone could have accidentally left it here but I found no one.

        I frowned. I didn't wanna just take it in case they put it in the wrong locker. I glanced at the clock on the wall. My eyes widened as I realized I only had a minute before my next class started. I quickly changed clothes and grabs the box, shoving it into my pocket to look at it when I got home.

       I throw my bag onto the back of my chair after I got home. I was exhausted but I knew dad won't be home since he was working late. I got up to make dinner until I felt something in my pocket. I frown puzzled and pulled out the little black box from earlier.

      My eyes widen. I forgotten that was in there. I studied it. Maybe it was a gift? I opened it up to find a beautiful blue and white watch with a note. I read through the note.

          "Dear Cal, If you are reading this, then, yes. This is for you.
                 From,"
I stare at the blank inscription. I pick up the watch with care and smiles. It was glorious. I gasps as a little rabbit came out of nowhere. I dropped the watch onto my bed.

    "Hello! I'm so glad I could meet you in this timeline! There is so many other timelines and.."

I just stared as the little bunny when on and on about possible alternate possibilities that could have happened. I interrupted them.

   "Hold on, hold on, what are you? And who are you?"

       The rabbit paused "Oh silly me! My name is Fluff. And I'm a Kwami. All you have to put the pocket watch in your pocket and say "Fluff, Clockwise!" And once you're done, say "Counter Clockwise!"

             I didn't question it and put the watch in my pocket, the rabbit disappearing as a rabbit themed suit cover me. I yelled in alarm and pulled at it.

        "Counter clockwise! Counter clockwise!"

         I sighed in relief and stares at the rabbit. "Tell me more, please."

    (Kaiba's POV)
         I shook off the blush that had spread across my face when I was talking..yeah talking to Ashara. My face heats up again as I walked out of the school, not paying attention to where I was going. I yelped at I hit someone, dropping my stuff. I looked around to see that they were already gone.

        Jerk. I sighs as I started to gather my stuff, until some think catch my eye. I reached over and raised a eyebrow at the black ring. They must have dropped it. Oh well, I'll try to turn it tomorrow. I slipped it on without much thought and got into my awaiting limousine.

       Only when I got settled in did I notice the floating black cat. "Finally! I thought you'd never see me!" It spoken.

        I stares at it. It spoke. I yelled and started throwing stuff at it. "How did a bug get in here!"

      "Hey! I'm not a bug! And for your information I have a name you know!" It-He? Huffed. "And I'm a kwami."

         I paused in my frantic panic. "Wait what? What's a kwami?"

          "A kwami is what gives power to you miraculous. And you have the black cat miraculous, so you have me. Plagg at your service!" He floats near the snack bar. "Ooh! So much yummy food!" He starts snacking a bit.

        "Wait so how does this work?" I asked him.

           "Oh that's easy, all you have to do is say "Plagg, claws out!" then say "Plagg, claws in" when your done." He says as he munched on a cheese stick. I decided that I would try it when we got home.

        Once I was safely in my room I said "Plagg, Claws out!"

      "Aw! But the cheesee-" He got cut off as he was sucked into the ring.

           I watched as a skin tilt black suit replacement what I was wearing, a long belt wrapped around my waist then hung from my back. Black claw like gloves covered my hands as I felt my eyes change as a mask covered my face. I looked up and saw two kitty ears poking out of my hair.

      I walked over to the mirror and examined my eyes. They had changed into black with gold pupils. "Wow." I purred. "I could get used to this."

              (Bryan's POV)
            "R-Rose? I.. I don't like this..." I stuttered. Trying to not look down.

            I was in my Uh.. hero? I don't think Rose wants us to be heroes... but. I was in miraculous outfit.

               I had a large cape, that resembled wings. My outfit was sorta dress like, and very comfortable. I also had leggings, that looks a bit like black bandages.. and finally, a butterfly shaped mask, who apparently, Rose couldn't see anything through, but I could see just fine out of... but it was clear the outfit wasn't meant for much movement.
Rose had told me to transform, and carried me up here.

                   So... here I was. Sitting on top of a roof. With no way down. Without my wheelchair.

             "THIS! IS! AWESOME!" Rose said, backflipping over my head.

                  Rose's outfit was a lot more tactical, a orangey, red skin tight suit, with many black spots. Their feet.. shoes? and hands, gloves, I guess... but it was all attached to the suit... were actually fully black.

                 "R-Rose? Can we just.. go home? I asked nervously.

                   "No. No, we're gonna have fun. Stay put.. well it's not like you can do much. Here." They tossed me a walkie talkie.

                        "I'm gonna go have fun, you stay here, don't fall! And when I call to you, you posses the person I tell you to posses. Got it?" They said, crouching down to look me in the eye.

                  I hesitated, and looked away.

                 I heard Rose sigh, "Listen, this is like.. playing video games together? Look at it like that! We're just.. doing some family bonding." They said.

        I paused, and looked over, smiling "Really?"

                    "Get that stupid grin off your face, and just do what I tell you, when I tell you. Okay? Or I'll just leave you up here." Rose said, before running to the edge of the rooftop, and hopping over to the next one over.

      I looked at the walkie talkie. Family bonding.. I looked up, and sighed quietly. I was gonna be here a while... waiting for Rose to call. I should be grateful. Rose rarely wants to spend time with me. I took in a deep breath. It's fine.. not like anyone's gonna get hurt.. right?
