Everyone gathered around to listen to Red and Mewtwo.

"Alright humans and Pokemon" Mewtwo started but Red interrupted him

"You know you can call them friends or something like that? They aren't your enemy" Red said bluntly

"Right....." Mewtwo trailed off and sweat dropped.

"Well friends, I will be talking for Red and training your Pokemon. Red will observe and pitch in when he doesn't think something is right, or your Pokemon hasn't learned their most powerful move" Mewtwo said to everyone

Everyone looked at them with weird looks. Dawn spoke up

"How are you going to show our Pokemon what their most powerful move is?" she asked

Red motioned Mewtwo to answer that question

"Well you see, every type of element a Pokemon is, they all have the same move that brings out their biggest potential. For example, Fire is Blast Burn, Water is Hydro Pump, Grass is Frenzy Plant and so on"

Everyone nodded in understanding.

Red chimed in, "also, every Pokemon needs to be in their final state for it all to work out"

Everyone seemed a bit worried by that. That involves Dawn's piplup and quilava, May's squirtle, and finally Ash's Pikachu.

Dawn looked her piplup, "Piplup do you want to do this?" she asked

Piplup looked at her with determination in his eyes, "Lup!" it replied with a pose. Dawn giggled at the sight

Red looked over to where Greninja and Pikachu were. Serena took notice at Red's actions

"Wait!" she yelled at him

Red turned around and was met by Serena's worried eyes

"Hm?"

"You can't evolve Pikachu!" Serena pleaded

"Why not?" Red asked

"Because! That was Ash's pikachu, he never evolved Pikachu, that was his trusty partner along side Greninja. Ash had always kept Pikachu the way he was. You just can't do it! Pikachu is one of the strongest Pokemon I know! He hasn't been the same since..." Serena said while tearing up

"Since?"

"Since..... Since Ash passed away!" She yelled at him with tears in her eyes

"Ever since Ash passed away, Pikachu hasn't been the same. His attacks are strong but Ash was the only one who could bring out his full potential. Ever since that day, Pikachu felt like something was holding him back. He wouldn't battle for days or do anything. Finally Greninja got him back to battling but he is far from where he was before. I just wish I can help..." Serena trailed off

Red just stood there in shock. His emotions were running wild, he just gave a blank stare trying to figure out all these emotions. All the emotions were leading to regret and pain. Finally he spoke up

"Okay, I won't do it, I'm sorry for your loss" Red apologized. Then he walked away

Serena just stood there and wondered about him. "How come he looks so much like Ash...." she thought to her self

Red didn't pay attention to the training, Mewtwo would check in on him every now and then. Red would tell him that he is okay and just worry about training the other Pokemon. After a really hard and long day, Piplup managed to evolve along with, squirtle quilava and others. Everyone was packing up to leave and they noticed Red walking away. Dawn quickly ran to him

"Hey, why don't you join us for dinner?" she asked

Red just stood there and thought about the idea, "Nah, I'll be okay" he said but Dawn insisted other wise

She grabbed his arm, "We insist, if you can take the time to train our Pokemon, then we have the time to make your dinner, come on"

Red sighed, "okay if you say so"

Everyone smiled at him. They all took off to the tower. Red slowly stayed behind and Mewtwo noticed. He quickly fell behind to talk to his master

"Are you okay?" he asked telepathically so no one could hear the conversation

"Yeah. I guess. I'm just thinking about what Serena said to me" Red replied

"Oh, about Pikachu right?"

"Yes"

"Master, everything will fall into place. I assure you"

"I hope you're right, I hope you are..." Red trailed off

They all arrived at the tower. Serena Brock and Clement quickly got to work on fixing dinner. Red just stood by the window looking out into the distance. His thought were interrupted by Bonnie tugging on his shirt.

"Hey there! I haven't met you yet, I'm Bonnie! Clements little sister" the blonde exclaimed.

Red smiled under his mask but replied to Bonnie, "no we haven't met, I'm Red and that Mewtwo is my partner"

"Wow.... So cool! Could you tell me more!?!" the blonde asked with excitement. Red chuckled, "Alright, but it'll be a while. Come on lets eat"

Bonnie nodded and headed to the dinner table. Red followed behind her and sat down. Bonnie sat by him so she can learn a little bit more about Red. (Okay so you're probably wondering how will Red eat. Lets just say he has his mask where he can eat without taking it off)

They all ate and were stuffed. It was the best meal they all have had in a while. Red was offered to stay the night and he gladly took it. They all went to bed, but Red couldn't sleep so he went out for a walk. As he was walking, he heard someone sing. He then started to walk to the sound. He then gasped at what he saw. Serena was looking at the stars and singing to herself.

"You are a comet and I lost it...." she trailed off.

Red slowly walked up to her trying not to scare her, but he unfortunately he did. Serena screamed at him

"Hey, easy now. I didn't mean to"

Serena sweat dropped, "oh hey Red, what are you doing out here"

"I should ask you the same question"

Serena sarcastically laughed at that, "real funny, but I sometimes come out here and sing to myself"

"Oh, about what?" Red asked

"About Ash, he's just never off my mind and this helps me out a lot" She replied.

"Well, you have a beautiful voice" Red complimented.

Serena blushed, "well thank you. I never really sing out in public. I kinda just keep it to myself"

"Well you should consider doing that in public, you're really good"

"Thank you. What are you doing out here?" she asked

"Uh well, I don't know really. I just kinda do this a lot. Can't really sleep honestly"

"Ah I see" Serena replied

There was a long silence between the two. Red then broke the silence.

"Um well we should get back and get some sleep." he proposed while walking back

"Yeah you're right..." Serena trailed off while following Red back to the tower
