(Lucy's/Luna's POV)

I woke up to see the faces of Songbird, Midnight, Flicker, and Nightwing looking a me.

"Good, your alive. I'm going beat you to a pulp for making us think you were dead," Flicker said, seeing my eyes open.

"Come on Flicker, she just survived nearly being cut in half by an 11 year old. If you want to murder some one, kill him, not Luna," Songbird said, giving Flicker a look that could match one of mine.

Then Damian Wayne decided that right then would be a great time to walk in. All three girls turned to him. 

I pulled myself into a sitting position with the help of Nightwing. The girls looked ready to kill him.

"Hey kid, you might want to run," I spook up.

"I'm not scared of a bunch of wimpy girls. I was trained by the League of Assassins. I can take a bunch of girls," Damian said, rolling his eyes.

Flicker and Midnight both let out roars of fury and charged. It was one of the few times both sisters lost their cools at the same time. Songbird stayed right where she was. Damian put both sisters on their butts in a few seconds. He turned, then charged at Songbird. 

Songbird didn't even twitch as he came closer. I knew what would happen. Damian would get his butt kicked by Songbird. The kid may have been trained by the League of Assassins, but May had 8 black belts. I knew for a fact she was going to win.

Damian moved to through a punch at Song's gut, but she brushed away his fist with a flick of her wrist. Soon, Songbird had moved to middle of the room and Damian had yet to land a blow.

The kid pulled back for a second and pulled out a sword. Now he was threat to Songbird.

"Come on, coward," He shouted out her.

I couldn't see May's eyes through her mask, but I could tell that hit a very frayed nerve. I could tell she wasn't going to soften her blows on this kid. She was far from being a coward but her parents had said it before to her. That's what I think caused her to take up martial arts.    

The kid charged and Songbird move this time. She lifted her foot and kicked him directly in the chest. The blow sent the kid stumbling backwards. The kid landed on his butt in the middle of the floor.

He got up a charged again. In a minute flat, Songbird had the sword out of his hands and his face shoved against floor.

"Songbird, let the kid up. I think he has learned not to mess with you," I spook up. 

Alfred came in and looked at the bandages wrapped around my waist. He then started unwrapping them and my hand found its way into Nightwing's. I squeezed it so hard his fingers turned blue. Alfred left the room, taking the girls and Damian upstairs to get something to eat.

"Nightwing I have something to ask you. Why did you kiss me?" I asked looking up at his face.

"Because I love you Luna", He said.

"You don't know who I am under this mask," I said.

"And I don't care," He said.

I pulled off my mask, letting him see Lucy Ricks, the shy and bubbly girl from school, not Luna. My hair was tangled and a mess. My purple eyes were probably blood shot and puffy right then but I didn't care one little bit 

Nightwing pulled his mask off also. I saw his face. It looked like he hadn't slept in days. His hair was a tangled mess. 

'I love him,' I thought to myself and pulled him closer to kiss him. 

The world could have ended and neither of us would have noticed right then. The kiss was something I had wanted to do since I first laid eyes on him.
